The owner came to my house to assess my plumbing needs. The next day the plumber arrived (Jake). He was exceptional; friendly, informative and helpful. Installed my water conditioning equipment, a new water heater and miscellaneous plumbing. They also drained our summer home after we left and we were very pleased with the response. Couldn't have been a better experience. Van Natta is knowledgeable, professional and they do quality work.

Van Nattas was great. We had a cracked pipe that was spraying water all over our crawlspace. While other plumbing companies showed no interest in trying to help us out sooner 2-3 days, Van Nattas came out the very next morning. It was very difficult to access the pipe, however the plumber, Jake, was friendly, informative and corrected the problem very quickly. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs.
