Really nice guys. Did a great job when installing a new toilet. Today I had one clogged drain and one slow running drain. Took quite awhile but all is good. I definitely recommend this service.

When we got back from vacation, we did a couple of loads of laundry, the sewer started backing up because one of the pumps in the basement was broken.

I called Vanguard at 1:00 pm & they were at the door at 2:30 pm. You can't find a service like that these days. I have called others service providers in the past & they don't get back to you for hours or days.

In a matter of a few hours, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken pump & I back to went using my washer & dryer that evening.

The plumbers were very professional and knowledgeable and gave me advice and suggestions I could use to prevent this clog in the future. They also called the next day to make sure everything was okay. Seriously... You can't find services like that these days.

I highly recommend Vanguard and plan on using them FOREVER for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I developed a clog in my washer drain over the weekend and had water flood my laundry room floor. I made an appointment on Monday and Vanguard was at my house by Tuesday. The person I spoke to over the phone asked me several questions to better assess what may be involved in my service and gave me an approximate cost amount and an approximate on how long the job would take. He also gave me the name of the service guy who would be working on my issue and later emailed me a conformation for my appointment.

When my service guy, Mike Z., arrived I gave him an in-depth overview of what happened with my washer and where the water was coming from. Mike immediately started working and was able to clear the clog in about an hour.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me advice and suggestions I could use to prevent this clog in the future. He also practiced covid-safety, wore a mask and gloves, and was very respectful of my home.

I really liked the ease of the process and efficient they work! I highly recommend them and plan on using them FOREVER for all my plumbing needs!!!!
