Judy H.Rod came to my house to replace bath tub fixtures. I had to take a few luke warm showers for a few days because he did something wrong with the install. His father came over to make the adjustments so I could have hot water. I then discovered the vent hose from my dryer was no longer hooked up. (Rod had pulled out the dryer to access plumbing.) I texted every day for a week and had a phone conversation to try to get the dryer hooked up properly. He told me numerous times that he would come to my house to reattach the dryer and never showed up. Granted, Rod had been ill but that no one from Vanguard Plumbing was asked to return to finish the plumbing work is absolutely unacceptable. $1,400 for a job with a mistake and uncompleted? I recommend finding another plumber.
