Vanguard replaced a water heater and recirculating pump at my house in Carlsbad. Robert handled the phone contact, and Dave provided the service. Both provided good advice without sales pressure. Dave installed plumbing connections with secure supports, and the hot water delivery throughout the house is now excellent. While he was there, I asked Dave to check a bathtub drain, and he quickly resolved a repair issue on which a previous plumber had given up.

I had vanguard plumbing update my upstairs bathroom drains and vents which were installed incorrectly from the previous remodeling contractor. It was a lot of work.Also had my clothes dryer vent rerouted from the attic to garage. It's working much more efficient now. Robert and Dave did a great job. Discovered a sink with a leak, yesterday. Booked an appointment online for today. Got a text that Dave was on his way, he arrived early in the 2 hour window. He fixed the leak as well as shored up a pipe that was drooping a little and would cause the same leak to happen. I love Vanguard Plumbing!

Had a drain clog last night, went on their website to schedule a visit for the next morning. Dave showed up right on time with everything he needed. He was knowledgable, respectful and finished quickly. I had some time to spare so I also asked him to look at my dishwasher vent/drain since it was also acting up. Dave was able to take care of that as well. I plan to use them again for some other miscellaneous items around the house. Highly recommend!

Robert and company has always been fast, reliable, fair & always delivered. Recently after project I asked if he can install an outdoor shower for my girls and surfboards. It wasn't something he done before but he agreed and delivered again! He even offered to install my wife's towel rack. Some day I may splurge and connect to hot water heater but for now I no longer have sand in house & showers after day at South Ponto :)
