I have to say I am disappointed.. I called at 9am for a regulator value leak and we are without water since we had to shut off the water to the entire house.. I called at 9am this morning and 4.5 hours later.. No return call.

I had been dealing with a slow draining toilet that had not responded to my efforts of plunging and snaking the drain. I called VanGo Rooter at six in the morning, a very professional and courteous woman took down my information. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a technician who was equally as professional, to set up my appointment. They arrived as I requested after I got home from work and literally fixed a problem I had been dealing with for weeks in the space of what seemed like a few minutes. I appreciated that their employee was very kind, professional and clean, he was very respectful of my time and my home. I cannot recommend this company enough, a class act from top to bottom.

These guys are awesome. I had a leak that was causing the area below my kitchen sink to start molding. The plumber Monte came and in 1 minute figured out the problem. Referred me to a water restoration company, and then didn't charge me. Very respectful service and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. It's a very simple call in process, and they get a plumber out in a very reasonable time.

I was unable to get the water heater restarted after finishing a pump project, so found VanGo on Yelp - what a relief! They made time in their schedule on a busy Monday and promised to help.
Ace showed up after a long day and was committed to get the thing working again. He was courteous and friendly and went right to work figuring out the problem. After fiddling with the pilot and taking things apart, he decided he needed to go and get a part. It took just a few minutes when he got back and was able to put things back together. Then it worked like a charm!
It was great to see a guy think through the possibilities and come up with the most efficient path to a solution. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. Good to get to know you a bit Ace - thanks for your diligence!

I highly recommend this service! They absolutely saved me!!! Ask for Paul, because he is fantastic! He is professional and works very quickly! I have had many bad experiences with plumbers in the past, but I now know that I will only use this service as long as I love in their area!!

LIFE SAVER!!!

You know it's time to call VanGo for assistance after 3 bottles of Drano, 2 bottles of generic Drano, cursing at the tub for 2 hrs, and inconveniently starting Thankgiving morning showering AT THE GYM!!!

My plumber, Ace, arrived at 10am and out the door by 10:15am. What a life saver!!! I was stressing out not being able to shower in my own home and my thick shedding head of hair was the likely cause of the pipe clog. Ace took one look, dropped the snake down the pipe, and was done in quick fashion. My tub was draining again!!! Ace gets an Ace+ for professionalism and service. No more gym showering.

Next time one drano bottle isn't resolving your issue it's best to just give VAnGo a call.

We found the plumbers Paul Vanoo and his assistant at Van Go Rooter to be amazing and very professional. We had an issue with our shower where there was no cold water. Turning the handle, the water would only briefly stay warm then become scalding hot. Moving the handle, we were able to get the water to a tolerable level, but at the expense of water pressure. During their initial assessment, they offered two well-informed choices. We chose to wait for a part. It wasn't an immediate fix, but we were glad we did. The staff at Van Go Rooter consistently checked in with us to see if the part had arrived. They made us feel that our situation was important to them. When the part finally came, two members of their team came to work on the plumbing problem which made the process go much faster. They were respectful of our space, insuring a neat work area. Finally, when it came down to test the water pressure and temperature; they took the time to really make sure that it was to our liking. I'd recommend utilizing Van Go Rooter for any plumbing issues. We'll definitely do so if the need arises!

I called this evening for same day plumbing service to address an issue my tenants were having. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with this issue especially being 8 months pregnant.
