This is a top notch outfit! We had a shower valve go bad on us on a Saturday night(not the end of the world) Carlos called me back within 3 minutes of my call to their hotline. He walked me through the mitigation steps and had his colleague Tim out here in the morning. Problem solved, good service and reasonable pricing. Tim and Carlos were great!

I booked Vango through a recommendation from my HOA. Paul was great! I was able to make a same day appointment, he came exactly on time, he was nice and respectful of my home. Paul got the issue fixed and explained everything to me. Thankfully, we didn't have to open up the wall to see that the drain was not properly sealed.

Totally worth every penny!
Our dishwasher was clogged and had no idea what to do. We asked our HOA manager for a recommendation and they referred us to VanGo Rooter since they know our condo complex.
I am so glad I went with them! It was easy to set an appointment. Paul was on time, and put on booties so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He inspected the sink and dishwasher before he gave us an estimate. It turned out the pipe that connected the dishwasher to the sink was clogged. The price was reasonable so we went with it.
He was done in about 10 minutes! He showed me how to troubleshoot the problem in case it happens again.
This was the first time something has broke at our place, and it was kind of nerve wracking because we're first time homeowners. It really helped that Paul was super friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend. This entire process was pretty painless. :)

Paul at VanGo was fantastic! I called in the morning; he was here in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the causes of my kitchen sink/disposal leaks, got the replacement parts and finished up everything the same day. He keeps the work area clean from start to finish, and is very efficient! Top that off with being a really nice guy with a very professional demeanor, and you have a very satisfied client who highly recommends him!!!

Believe me you the last thing you want on a Friday night at 10pm is a plumbing problem. I called numerous plumbers saying they were 24/7, never got a phone call back with the exception of one who could only do an appointment the next day. Nope can't wait when you have water backing up all over and now overflowing into the garage onto my Dad's 55' Chevy (which he locked and didn't leave me a key to move out of the way). VanGo not only answered the phone but Carlos called me back and was at my house by midnight. Poor guy lives in Pittsburg and probably just wanted to go home, but was the best. He worked in a tight spot snaked the darn pipe and even made a new valve cover to boot. He was a life saver. I will definitely call them again. When you're in a pinch and you find a reasonable knowledgeable plumber who just wants to help you GO FOR IT. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

Paul at VanGo did an amazing job with an amazing attitude! My landlord called them as I was having issues with water backing up in my apartment's utility sink. This was due to a improperly installed pipe with no slope...actually uphill slope! Paul explained to the landlord it wasn't due to my mis-use of the plumbing it was due to improper installation of what was supposed to fix some broken pipes in the concrete. This hack fix was performed by some discount plumbing NOT VanGo.

Anyways, Paul was polite, fast, knowledgeable and got everything done perfectly. I highly recommend VanGo and especially Paul!

I have to say I am disappointed.. I called at 9am for a regulator value leak and we are without water since we had to shut off the water to the entire house.. I called at 9am this morning and 4.5 hours later.. No return call.
