I had an emergency leak in my bathroom sink and I immediately thought of Vango Rooters didn't think they have anyone here in Sacramento Ca. The service was great Conrad was on time and I appreciate him explaining to me what caused the problem, I totally recommend Vango Rooter for the fast and reliable service. I had a pipe suddenly spring a huge leak - of course it was on a Saturday night at 8pm. Carlos called and said he'd arrive in an hour and a half, which he did. He had me text him a picture of the leak so he could stop and get a part on the way over. So he was prepared when he arrived and fixed the leak in about 5 minutes. They do charge an after hours charge, which is about $75 over their daily rate. But was worth it to have peace of mind and a fixed leak. Carlos was prompt, thorough and courteous. Great all around. And nice that they say they work 24/7 and they actually do. I looked at a bunch beforehand and they didn't actually have after hours availability.

ACE SAVED THE DAY!!!!! Long story short, my office was in two emergency situations where all toilets were clogged and we had candidates that were interviewing and an event with forty people expected to come. Can you imagine that last minute stress? I am happy to say that when Ace came he helped alleviate all those worries. From the start he was very kind and professional. He was patient in listening to my worries of what I thought would be the issue, etc. Not only did he identify the problems but he made sure that I understood it by drawing diagrams to help visualize what he was saying.

Out of all the plumbing experiences I have faced, Ace has been the most pleasant technician to work with. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He really makes sure that your voice is heard, takes time to really seek out the underlying problem, and looks for efficient ways in solving the issue. He did all of this while keeping a calm demeanor which is very reassuring in the high-stress situations I was in.

These guys helped me out of a pickle one evening when someone drove into an exterior water faucet and broke it off my water main. Pipe was flush/captive by the wooden siding on the house, so it wasn't the easiest repair to deal with. Ace took great care of it, made the whole assembly flush with the wall (so no more worrying about hitting it!), and set it up so I could easily relocate the actual faucet later. Professional service and a job well done! I will definitely recommend VanGo Rooter to my friends and on here.

This is a top notch outfit! We had a shower valve go bad on us on a Saturday night(not the end of the world) Carlos called me back within 3 minutes of my call to their hotline. He walked me through the mitigation steps and had his colleague Tim out here in the morning. Problem solved, good service and reasonable pricing. Tim and Carlos were great!

I booked Vango through a recommendation from my HOA. Paul was great! I was able to make a same day appointment, he came exactly on time, he was nice and respectful of my home. Paul got the issue fixed and explained everything to me. Thankfully, we didn't have to open up the wall to see that the drain was not properly sealed.

Totally worth every penny!
Our dishwasher was clogged and had no idea what to do. We asked our HOA manager for a recommendation and they referred us to VanGo Rooter since they know our condo complex.
I am so glad I went with them! It was easy to set an appointment. Paul was on time, and put on booties so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He inspected the sink and dishwasher before he gave us an estimate. It turned out the pipe that connected the dishwasher to the sink was clogged. The price was reasonable so we went with it.
He was done in about 10 minutes! He showed me how to troubleshoot the problem in case it happens again.
This was the first time something has broke at our place, and it was kind of nerve wracking because we're first time homeowners. It really helped that Paul was super friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend. This entire process was pretty painless. :)

Paul at VanGo was fantastic! I called in the morning; he was here in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the causes of my kitchen sink/disposal leaks, got the replacement parts and finished up everything the same day. He keeps the work area clean from start to finish, and is very efficient! Top that off with being a really nice guy with a very professional demeanor, and you have a very satisfied client who highly recommends him!!!

Believe me you the last thing you want on a Friday night at 10pm is a plumbing problem. I called numerous plumbers saying they were 24/7, never got a phone call back with the exception of one who could only do an appointment the next day. Nope can't wait when you have water backing up all over and now overflowing into the garage onto my Dad's 55' Chevy (which he locked and didn't leave me a key to move out of the way). VanGo not only answered the phone but Carlos called me back and was at my house by midnight. Poor guy lives in Pittsburg and probably just wanted to go home, but was the best. He worked in a tight spot snaked the darn pipe and even made a new valve cover to boot. He was a life saver. I will definitely call them again. When you're in a pinch and you find a reasonable knowledgeable plumber who just wants to help you GO FOR IT. I highly recommend these gentlemen.
