Updating my review- After I had left a negative review on yelp, Bill contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication. He said he had scheduled me for a later date. He said he was out of town on a camping trip and had no service in the area so he did not get any of my missed calls/messages. He apologize and said he could come out that same day to get the sewer inspection done if I still needed the inspection completed. Luckily my inspection contingency was pushed back a week out due to other issues with the crawlspace so I took Bill's offer. Bill was courteous enough to call me when he was on his way. Sewer Inspection completed, I got the inspection report back that same day and now I can move forward with my home purchase. The next morning I had a question regarding the findings in the report and Bill answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'm happy everything worked out. It's stressful enough with the home buying process I definitely didn't need another issue added to my stress. Hopefully I'll be able to work with this company again after I close on my house. I'd rather get sewer issues taken care of early rather than later. I will add a new review in the future if I end up using this company for my repairs.

After 15 months of unexpected remodel of our entire house we have dealt with contractors and companies of every flavor and only 2 have stood out. These guys are one of them. We had not one, but three very difficult plumbing situations that Bill and Cody helped us out with. The first plumbing company we had came out, looked at the first problem and said it would take tearing up our newly finished bathroom tile to fix and charged me just to tell me that. Bill and Cody came out, found a solid solution, fixed it, and charged me less than the first company did to tell me there was a problem. In two more instances where it looked like we might have to get into expensive tearouts, they approached the problem from every angle until they were able to create a solid solution without major house reconstruction. We have used them for installing a difficult bathtub, toilets, repairs, unclogging, and for a new water heater. Every encounter has been professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and involved them going well and beyond to ensure we got the best solution with a minimal cost/disruption. They are also cheerful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Bill & Cody were wonderful. They replaced my water heater and plumbing fixtures inside house. They both were so polite and totally respected our home. Did a great job and I definitely will use them again!!
