I called all over Des Moines trying to find someone who could work on my Viking Range hood. The people who service them wouldn't travel to where I live (between Monroe and Knoxville). Viking recommended I call local appliance repair people, even if they don't work on Viking. People in Prairie City, Pella, and Knoxville couldn't help me. But Ron Van Zante said he'd come look at it. He did, and figured out the problem and fixed it within a half hour. To top it off, he's a really nice guy! I will be calling him in the future!
