We recently moved into the area and into a house that was left with a lot of issues. We had an underground water leak somewhere in an irrigation system that hadn't been used in 20 years. Van found the long since buried shutoff valve and was able to shut down the leak. A week later we had an indoor water pipe spring a leak that needed attention pretty quickly. I called Van at 8:00 PM. He picked up and we set and appointment for the next morning. By 11:30 AM the next day the pipe was repaired. Van is great to work with. He'll be getting all of our future plumbing work.
