My 81 year old mother in law had a new faucet installed. There was no hot water coming from the faucet. As she is elderly she mistakenly turned the wrong handle or the wrong direction. She jumped the gun and called these plumbers. They came out to assess the problem and told her she needed a new water heater at the cost of $2000 which in itself is a complete rip-off. A neighbor came over with experience in plumbing and determined that the water heater was operating normally and the only problem was she was using the new faucet incorrectly. He showed her what she was doing wrong and hot water was flowing. This kind of unscrupulous business practice of preying on the elderly is absolutely the worst kind of thievery, and I hope nobody uses this disreputable, crooked plumbing company going forward. Shameful and beyond belief.

Day of, the technician, Arlee, arrives. He was very friendly, professional and went straight to work. Did the work as agreed and also had him do a couple of other items that came up and had no problem addressing it right there and then. At the end of it all, I was very happy with their final work, their customer service and their honest/fair pricing. They have certainly earned a customer for life.

Called for a stuck plumbing problem. Charged $250 to clean the drain which is rather pricey. Then my bathtub had the same problem. Decided to buy a $70 snake that did the trick.
