Rhonda G.I called Van Rheenen Plumbing to fix my toilet. He came over and looked it over and told me it would be a big job. He said I'd need a new toilet. I said that was fine. He said he'd call me the next day. When I hadn't heard from him in a week, I called and had to leave a message. This all happened a couple of months ago. He's still not called me and hasn't answered my calls. I can't imagine a company can function in this way. Surely, they must realize that with today's internet capabilities, people will let everyone know what's WRONG! I do NOT recommend this business!
