Van C came out to our home on a holiday weekend, about 20 miles from his address, and came first thing that morning at 9AM. He worked on our plumbing blockage, and fixed it quickly. As he was wrapping up, he actually noticed a separate blockage, and fixed that, too. He is great. We'll definitely add him to our speed dial!

As an unfortunate Christmas Eve special, when DMV area received over 2 inches of rain, the sump pump quit working and flooded the basement. Luckily we have an unfinished basement and we have only the HVAC and water heater in there. We had over 16 inches in the basement!
Luckily we got a recommendation for Van and we called him on Christmas morning. He promised to be here by 10 AM the next day. And sure enough he arrived by 9:30 AM with his wife.

He quickly assessed the situation and for to work right away - took out the old sump pump, installed a temporary pump to drain all the water (enough to fill a swimming pool), and then install a new sump pump.

There was a second drain in the basement that was clogged too. Van was able to use an electric snake and unclog this drain :)

It took quite a bit of work but Van finished it in good time and installed the new sump pump cleanly.

We are really happy with the work done by Van and highly recommend him for any future work.

Van Plumbing is great; I used his company a couple of times during the COVID-19 months in 2020; I have some properties with frozen, broken water lines and burse old sewer pipes; Van completed the jobs without problem with a fair price. Good quality new copper pipes used for the water lines. He worked Saturday and Sunday to finish all the tasks. Van installed a half bath plumbing at a reasonable price. The Van staff also fixed the gas line leaks, changed out steel gas pipes, and pulled the Baltimore gas permit with a fair price. Excellent effort, way to go.

Bathroom leak (smh). Called Mr. Van. He arrived in record time. Thankfully, Home Depot isn't far, because two purchases were required to complete the work. Not only did Mr. Van fix the leak, but he also noticed a crack in our 1/2 bath sink, sooo, he installed a new sink.

Once again, we sing his praises and recommend his services!!!
