Van Natta continues to disappoint on so many levels. After giving them another try on May 16, 2016 to do a pre season service on all my air conditioning units for 4 hours and being promised VIP attention if issues arise I have now waited 6 days for a call back or service technician. My bedroom unit is not working and is creating a small leak in my basement. The response when I called again today to find out when they could come was that a lot of their VIP ( people who paid large sums for pre season service - I paid $1146) are having issues. Hmmm it sounds like the service is not worth it if so many are having issues - in my case after less than a month. Be forewarned. They are the company that installed most of my units during a renovation 3 years ago. Absolutely zero customer loyalty from Van Natta!
