I was looking to replace filters and membrane cartridges for my RO system. I was referred to Van Marcke for what I needed. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly dude at the counter. I showed him what I was looking for and he immediately pointed me to where I could find my parts. Paid and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And he offered to throw out my old parts for me. A brick and mortar store with friendly, knowledgeable, available and helpful staff that has what you need and without an attitude... Van Marcke has it.

Been here a couple times. Generally, OK. Today, however, the young man behind the counter couldn't help me because their ""system is down"". He first asked if I had an account. Then, decided even if I did he had no way to verify it so too bad for me. FAIL!! Get it together, Van Marcke! Probably won't be back.
