Mark is wonderful! I had several months of plumbing issues and, finally, water damage from full pipes. He was the only plumber who completely diagnosed the problems with the pitch on several pipes. He did the work in less time and for substantially less money than his original estimate. He also found and repaired issues with 2 toilets. He is very professional and always responded very quickly when I had a need.

I had a dishwasher install problem with an unusual pipe set up. I called Mark and he was able to come out and fix the pipe and install the dishwasher (I live in Ann Arbor). He also installed a new pipe so I won't have this trouble in the future. He was efficient, courteous, and focused on the work at hand. He's my go to person now for any plumbing issue.

I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend afternoon. The handle of my master bathroom shower suddenly detached and water started gushing nonstop from the pipe! I tried to stop the flow but couldn't.
I phoned Mark and he responded within 10 minutes. I told him that I was in Ann Arbor and he didn't seem fazed at coming from Tecumseh to do the job. He arrived within the hour, which I thought was really great for anytime, especially a holiday (Easter) weekend.
He needed to replace a part and had to go to Home Depot. He later showed me the broken part and said it was a Moen. ( It was original to the house, which is 18 years old. He said he liked another brand better, but I forgot what brand that was, riveted on what else might need replacing soon).
He charged a reasonable amount, especially given travel time and off hours. He is a Licensed Master Plumber and was extremely pleasant and fair.
