WOW! So far so good, what a wonderful company. My parents old water heater sprung a leak a few days ago and their home warranty service gave them a list of repair companies to call. Dad chose Van Allen.

I happened to be at my parents house today when someone from the company called to ask if it would be ok if they came a few hours early? In my experience, repair companies provide you with an appointment time ""window"" and then show up late after you've wasted your time hanging around the house waiting. I thought it was great they called to ask, and also a plus since my parents have been without hot water for a few days, so the earlier the better.

Lance arrived and was knowledgeable, kind and patient. He thoroughly explained everything and even called the warranty company on behalf of my parents to explain the situation. He will be installing the new water heater tomorrow and I expect it will go as professionally as today.

Called Van Allen when we discovered our water heater gushing water and flooding our garage. They were on another job and said they'd be over by 8:30 am. They called when they were on their way and showed up when they said they would. They assessed the situation. They had a new water heater installed and working by 10:00 am. Gabe and his partner were courteous, had attention to detail and were very professional. They went above and beyond while they were here. They saw the drainage hose was initially in the street and moved it to water the grass instead of wasting water. They also looked at our leaky kitchen faucet and fixed that as well as with no additional cost. We would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

Van Allen is my go to plumber. They were able to detect a very slow leak in a pipe in one of our bedroom walls. Of course our pipes were not standard size. They stopped the leak and ordered the correct pipe and fixed everything. They were courteous, on time, and really kind.
