I got an appointment super quick. They had a cancellation and I was seen within a couple hours the same day. Our technician was Joshua. He came to fix the toilet and a leak in the tub.

He was on time and very informative. He has a lot of experience under his belt. The whole thing was a smooth experience. From the booking all the way to the technician, everyone was very nice. I would definitely book again.

Discovered a leaky garbage disposal late Friday night. My daughter and son-in-law recommended Van Allen Plumbing. Got up Saturday to leave a message hoping someone could come out Monday; fortunately they were working and had someone to my home within 20 minutes! Since I had someone here, I had him reconfigure the garbage disposal and pipes the way it should have been done! Courteous, friendly, efficient & left the area clean! Van Allen Plumbing is wonderful! The office staff is friendly and efficient and they bend over backward to get service scheduled as quickly as possible. The guys came in the same day and fixed the pump. No nonce service, fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Will use them again.

These guys have literally saved my ass twice, from my upstairs neighbor flooding my condo and causing tons of damage. They're quick, super cost efficient ($250) and I don't think you can get a better team. Gabriel came out the first time, Josh the second, and they're insanely nice, understood the issue, let me know how to prevent more issues, and just knocked it out of the park.

Don't bother with other companies, Van Allen should be your plumber on speed dial.
