Great plumbing service!! Wasn't overpriced and came to our house pretty quickly. 150.00 service charge and it went towards the work we had him do. Didn't cost us any more then that and he did a great job.

Called about a frozen pipe and they dispatched a plumber(Mike) within 2 hours and fixed our leak and recommended a Company for drying our floors and cleanup etc. Mike was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us of what he was going to do and asked if that was going to be acceptable, which it was. Thanks Van Allen

This business was selected by my home warranty service in September. They came by and worked on my toilets and told me I would need replacements. Never heard from them again. Had my home warranty service call them multiple times and I also called them multiple times. Left voice mail, no call backs. Find somebody else if you need plumbing service.

I had an issue with my toilet running and some water leaking. I went through my home warranty and Van Allen was quick to respond within 24 hours and got someone to my house the same day they called to set up the appointment. The plumber that came out, Josh, was super friendly and fixed the toilet quickly. Josh explained what the issue was and told me how he fixed and showed everything was working properly again. Really pleased with the speed and friendliness of the service.

Called this company, the work we needed them do was unable to be done as our other contractors were behind, they talked us into moving the main water shut off valve into the house, because the one outside was seized up. Now that we are trying to get the original request d work done, they will not return calls or messages.

They reached out, I got in touch with them and they came out on the date and time they said and I am so appreciative. My husbands grandma needed a new garbage disposal and the pipe needed some work etc. thank you guys for being so kind and getting the job done at a reasonable price. Van Allen Plumbing has GREAT service! Friendly staff on the phone. They had an opening for a service call within 48 hours. Martin called to let me know he was on his way and did a great job fixing my leaking garbage disposal. He even took the time to explain what the problem was and how I could fix it myself if it happened again in the future. He also adjusted the shower valve and really wanted to make sure that I approved the new water temp. He was patient and very professional. Price for 1 hour was $120.00 which seemed fair. I will call Van Alllen Plumbing again for sure.
