Super frustrated. Through Old Republic Warranty I had been in contact with this business. He called, he was cordial, set up appt for a couple days later. Never showed up , never returned my calls. I called OR they transferred me to someone else. That person hasn't returned my calls. Now I have guests coming to stay and they will have to listen to the toilet run off and on all night and there's nothing I can do about it. I think if you forget an appt the least you can do is call and apologize.

If there was a lower rating than one star this company would earn that. They have come out to my house three times sent by my Home Warranty company and they will never set foot in my house again. For a company that claims to be a 24/7 emergency company you can never get ahold of anyone. They say that they will be back in contact with you within 24 hours. That never happens.
We had a trip planned so we my son on standby in case they came over. When we never heard from them, he went to work. When they finally called if I didn't have someone there when they wanted they would have to try to reschedule so my sons had to leave work and lost pay. They came out and looked at the water heater, left and then we never heard from them again for a couple of days. And only because I constantly kept dialing numbers until someone finally answered.
They sent Gabe out and really, who taught him to be a plumber. He has no customer service skills and evidently no plumbing skills. We had to bring out another plumber to fix their shoddy work. We had no option on the replacement so we received a cheap replacement that they picked up from Home Depot instead of what we wanted. If only he would of listened. He would of had to get off the phone from whoever he was talking to, to actually pay attention to me.
According to the second plumber they left several code violations in their work and possibly sediment in the line cutting out water pressure.
I am not sure there is a Van Allen in Van Allen plumbing but he should be ashamed to put his name on their vehicles and let people know they are on the job.

I had a leak and pipe burst relating to my sprinkler system and so the sprinkler repair guy said I needed to call a plumber! So I pulled up yelp and just started calling down the list. A lot of the guys were either booked and busy or do not service our area especially over this three day weekend! I finally got to Van Allen plumbing and the owner took my call. I was looking for someone asap and he was able to send someone next morning at 8am! Talk about service! His worker did an excellent job and i was pleased he was able to get the job done at a reasonable price! If you need fast help and someone reliable try this company out please! Thank you for the big save!

Very responsive! Got my water heater fixed in less then 24hrs! Service man was very nice and figured out the problem quickly and even got the part fixed for me under warranty. 5 stars all the way!

I called the day after the holiday - the owner answered and was out to take a look within 30 min. He diagnosed, and said he could have someone out at 7:30 am the following morning. They were right on time. The two guys sent were professional, friendly, very quick and knowledgeable. So impressed with these two guys!
The installation was not easy - it was not up to code to begin with. They had to put in a pan, straps, etc. There was water everywhere, & they cleaned that up. They had to move a washer dryer, and then put it back when they were done. They showed me the work. It took an HOUR people. I would, and am recommending this company to everyone I know. It wasn't cheap, and thank god I'm a renter or I would be out $1400.

2nd time calling them was short notice, a contractor backed out at the last minute and we had to have a sink installed in a new kitchen. They came out on a Saturday after the 4th of July. They were on time, professional and fast. We had a party in the afternoon, and they put in the sink, disposal and dishwasher before anyone got there. I continue to be impressed by the work ethic that Van Allen's guys have and will call them for all our plumbing needs.

I've had them out twice because they are under my home warranty program with American Home Warranty (love them) and that is who they have as the responding company.

Unfortunately Mike and the rest of his team are absolutely useless. They came out twice already to fix a hot/cold water issue - totally useless. Not only does Mike not understand keeping appointments, but Gabriel the technical needs go back and finish high school - he clearly has no idea what the F he is doing. All I have is hot water on all taps - nice repair asshole.

I'm pleading with the warranty company to drop these useless assholes.

If I could give them a zero I would. One star is way to much for the these incompetent idiots, unfortunately Yelp won't let me go lower.

I had one bbq already hard-lined to natural gas, and after getting a second grill needed that one added to the line as well. I called several plumbing companies to get quotes, and Van Allen Plumbing's owner answered the phone (unlike the others who did not return my call) so we were off to a good start.

He said he would send a plumber later that day; when he arrived, he said he would need more parts and asked if he could return the next day, which was fine. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost ($150).

I recommend Van Allen Plumbing and feel confident using them for future plumbing projects.

I give Van Allen Plumbing top reviews!!! So impressed with their service. I'd like to mention Gabe and Josh who came out to my house to fix my water heater. Very thorough, professional, respectful and NICE!!! I will definitely use them again and would recommend this company highly. Their prices were also quite reasonable.

Again! We had a water heater leak in our new home. My wife called Van Allen at 7 AM, and at 11 AM we had a new water heater installed. It was installed with proper bracing and a drip pan. It's no fun when you need a plumber, but Van Allen is 2-for-2 with excellent service, excellent work, and competitive pricing.
