I have used Vamvoras for several years as a Property Manager. The Austin Staff is great! Randy and Jeff are the best! They are prompt, honest and have all the knowledge needed to get the job done! I recently had a main line break at my community and they were out and repaired within 24 hours! Job well done!

My daughter lives in an apt that your plumber was suppose to go and work on.  This was on Friday.  He went to wrong apt and my daughter was left in a bathroom that had raw sewage coming up from the bathtub and toilet.  The apt told my daughter that it wasn't there fault that the plumber went to the wrong apt and nothing could be done until Monday.  Here it is Monday after 5 and your plumber still has not shown up to her apt. She lives in Torrino Villa apt. This is unacceptable. My daughter has Autism and I've been dealing with major meltdowns. 1. Because she's been unable to shower. 2. She's been in raw sewage that flooded her bathroom, bedroom closet, and bedroom.  I called the office and was told that they don't speak to tenants and refused to speak to me. I'm reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau.

I called Vamvoras on a Monday for a water leak we had. I was told that they would not be able to get to us until Tuesday. Thinking that I would get good service and wanted to go with a reputable company I scheduled anyway. Tuesday came and went and no one showed up. I still had water leaking the entire time. I called them at 5 or so and their answering service answered. The rude male told me he could not see the status of the call I'd placed because they were closed this was only a line for after hours emergencies. Not wanting to be billed a premium I was forced to go another night with no service. The next morning I called (now Wednesday!) and the same person I placed the call with answered. I told him I'd placed a call Monday and no one ever came. He said he could see that the call was "rolled over" to Wednesday. They never called to tell me they were not coming, how can they just go home and leave me with a leak that I called in the day before? Horrible. I was very upset but did not say anything. I asked him what time they would be out. His reply was that they would "try to get to it but not till afternoon" not empathetic at all that I'd been waiting with an ongoing leak for three days now and that they completely just failed to show up. He just stayed quite. I said that was fine (as if I had a choice). I hung up and called Will Fix It. They answered professionally got the info they needed and I had someone on their way within 1 hour. Being a Property Manager I've used both companies before. I chose Vamvoras initially but that is the last time I give them my business. Our time is just as important as theirs. Such an unprofessional experience from a reputable company, I had to write the review. We count on companies like these and our reputation is on the line with our residents when we give them a date someone will be out. NEVER AGAIN VAMVORAS. They've been around for years but not with this service.
