Today was an unfortunate day. I woke up to squishy carpet in the garage. My 10 year old water heater leaked and created quite the mess. I called Value Water Heaters and was surprised to get a live person on the phone at 6:45am. I talked to Rob. He was extremely helpful and didn't try and push me into anything. He gave me a few options and let me decide what I wanted. Start to finish the process was simple and effortless. Based on the knowledge of Rob I could tell these guys know what they are doing. Rob was able to come out the same day and replace my water heater. In the end, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality water heater.

I called value to get an idea of how much it would cost to repair my leaking water heater. I commend this company for being totally up front about the price of the water heater and the break down for parts. I happened to be at work when calling around. I liked that the prices and details were on their website. They even agreed to do the work after I got off work. Rob, the installer, was really nice and spent extra time helping me understand how to use the water heater. The price was competitive and the service was refreshing. I wish more businesses treated their customers so well. Thumbs up!

Had a really terrible experience this weekend with a water heater bursting on a commercial property that I manage over here in point Loma San Diego had a very good experience dealing with Brandon and the guys over here and water heaters only they did exceptional work got it done extremely fast and the price could not have been better when dealing with them and dealing with The access that they had to deal with to get the hot water heater and I could not believe my eyes imagining that somebody had to crawl into the crawlspace I'm just glad that it was done handled properly and has been about six months now since I've seen any sort of leaks or drips or anything had any sort of water concerns at all I really appreciate the work guys keep up the good work and for anybody that is going to be using or looking to replace a hot water heater these are the only people you can count on to get the job done properly in a timely matter keep up the good work guys you're doing great

Value Water Heaters! What can I say, it was an excellent choice. I called late friday night and to my surprise Sean answered the phone. My water heater had started to leak into my garage. Sean was knowledgeable and patient with my questions about repair VS replacement. In the end we decided that repairing the water heater would not really work for us. He offered to come out that very night to replace the water heater. I wanted to take them up on the immediate service but I felt bad about making someone work on a friday night at 7:15. I thanked them for the offer and scheduled the service for the next morning. I am a really handy guy and thought about going to home depot to pick up a heater and all the supplies. With any new project it takes a while to get the hang of the work. After watching Sean install this water heater I would never in a million years had the right tools or know-how to do what he did. In the end, the price was reasonable and the process was completely painless. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
