We had our main line back up due to root profusion on Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. We couldn't use any of our plumbing without splashing water and whatever else was coming down the drain into our basement. We had just bought the house a couple of months prior, so this issue was completely unknown and quite a surprise. Within 45 minutes of calling for service, the tech arrived (thank you Tanner!) to save us. He quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated exactly what needed to be done and our options of how to go about it, as well as what it would cost (there was an additional charge because of the holiday weekend, but we were told that up front before he was sent out). Once we agreed on the best course of action, he was able to get the fixed within a couple of hours. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and a great communicator. We were so relieved that this plumbing emergency was so quickly resolved at such an inopportune time as a holiday weekend. It was worth every penny to have it fixed quickly. Mental note- plumbing emergencies generally happen on holidays when most companies are closed! Luckily, Zoom Drain is reliably there to help when you most need it!

I've never needed an emergency plumber before, but when your septic tank is backing up into the house at 9 PM, you can't wait til morning. The dispatcher was very kind, and she had a technician call me in less than 20 minutes. Tristan arrived about 30 minutes later, spent time assessing, and got to work. He explained the costs before starting and exactly what he had to do. By midnight, he had cleared the clog and cleaned up. I was satisfied with the cost, considering how late is was and how much time he spent. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, Zoom Drain will be my first call.

My experience with James at Zoom Drain exceeded my expectations. He is the consummate professional. Knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and outstanding at the work that he does. He was very conscientious about keeping me updated on pricing as the project evolved, frequently letting me know the value of additional procedures as they related to solving the problem, what they would cost, and also sharing where we could save money. That level of communication and honesty is highly valued.
Zoom Drain is lucky to have James. In addition to solving my immediate problem, he was a pleasure to deal with. He has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor.
I also want to give a shout out to Caleb who was with James during the course of the remediation. Caleb also deserves high praise as he was very effective at helping solve my problem, communicative and very professional as well.
