Avoid this place like the plague. First off, I can't believe they have contracts with large community developments. These people are doing a botched job and it looks terrible on the reputation of the developers. In this case. Meritage homes. It is terrible that they are contracted with these rude incompetent unprofessional company. I called for an issue with an overflowing tub, shower and toilet. Yes that is correct all three. I literally just moved into a BRAND new home that these people did the plumbing for. I called because I had an emergency...overflowing water onto the floor. Yes that's an emergency. They told me that this is not an emergency and had the nerve to ask if I knew what an emergency is. Seriously??? They wouldnt address my issue without trying to insult me. Again, avoid these people. Like seriously!

Value plumbing is a very dishonest company. I was told rates were $98.00 per hour. And the part to fix my problem was $30.00. Guy comes out fixes my problem in 45 minutes then charged me $300.00. Please be careful with this company very very dishonest people. I had to add a star to post this in reality they get no stars dishonest dishonest dishonest.

Value Plumbing was the plumber used by Lafferty Communities. I had a wax ring on my toilet needing to be replaced before a year was up, then just around 2 years another toilet was leaking upstairs!!! I have a hole in my ceiling, was told it was leaking for awhile, there was mold on the wood and waiting for a new toilet to be installed. I was so upset I told the builder to check the rest of my toilets and found that the others had only 1 wax ring installed when from what I hear, when you have a toilet on tile, you need 2 wax rings. Not happy about this and just waiting to see what other corners this plumber cut and what else will go wrong! I do remember when I moved in my hot and cold water in a sink was backwards. Seems odd they wouldn't check that!

My son purchased a house in Fremont where Value Plumbing was the contractor who performed plumbing work. The house was only 18 months old. I noticed the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly but it did not leak. However, you have that potential. There was another joint that was installed incorrectly and it was leaking. Both the builder and Value Plumbing stated that the warranty period was only a year. However, I did expect Value Plumbing to give us a goodwill plumbing warranty since the workmanship was so unprofessional. How can you install a garbage disposal that is crooked? They showed no interest. You should not need to check and double check their work when it is so basic. The picture truly speak for themselves about their workmanship and customer service.

Value Plumbig does great jobs and work is guarenteed, ALWAYS there when you need them and they do the job fast and an awesome job everytime we needed work done. KC from Lafayette(rating from 8/9/2012)you have no idea what your talking about, maybe YOU broke what was replaced and are trying to place the blame where it don't belong, Real funny how people rate company's negatively then hide their idenity. lmao. hahahaha, life is too short for negativity. Keep it moving Value because you guys are a company I would recommend for anything that needs to be fixed or remodeled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We did a huge remodel on our home with them 2 years ago. As of today we are still fixing all of their mistakes!!!! rough-in was wrong on a shower valve and we had to tear into finished wall to repair, installed wrong pump on tankless water heater without an aqua-stat voiding the Warrenty on the system. On another tankless water heater They Installed indoor pump on our outdoor tankless unit. Many valves and faucets installed poorly- causing leaks and needing to be taken apart and reinstalled.

Value did a great job with our home remodel (2 bathrooms and laundry room). They have good rough and finish crews. They handled the problems that always come up and did some extras for us very reasonably. I highly recommend Value for remodel jobs.
