Reason I say ""person"" and not ""company"", is because there is no company. It is solely this one individual who operates off of a cell phone.... Do yourself a favor and hire a trusted reliable professional, it may cost a little more upfront, but it will cost you less in the long run if there is ever a problem with the services rendered. Trying to get people like this to come and correct a problem they may have caused is a very difficult task, and chances are they will never return once they get paid.
