Sarah N.I had the opportunity of being referred to Carl for a water heater replacement. Carl was very courteous from beginning to end. Me and my husband's work schedules made it a little difficult to get it scheduled at first, but Carl was more than willing to work with us. He mentioned many times he did not want us to go without hot water for any longer than we had to, which we greatly appreciated. He was willing to talk by phone or text, which worked for us while we were trying to clean up the mess our old water heater made.
My interactions with Carl were nothing but pleasant and informative. He was honest when talking with me about whether or not to go tankless or standard. He explained it would be better for us to go standard since there were so many obstacles for us to get set up for tankless that we just wouldn't recoup our money in the time we plan to stay in the house. I appreciate how honest he was and the fact that he never talked down to me or my husband while explaining anything.
Carl was prompt on both occasions arriving at our house. My husband said he was courteous to him as well and cleaned up any water left behind, which was not expected on our part. Even when my husband accidentally wrote the check out for the incorrect amount, Carl was nothing but pleasant and understanding. He came back for the correct check and did not seem upset at all that he had to drive back.
Overall, my first experience went so well I would call Carl for my needs in the future and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plumber.
