The guys that came were able to locate a leak that was in the water supply to the shower. They had to cut into the wall to be able to access the pipe. They did a fine job with the repair and were at my house for a few hours - not quite sure why this took 2 guys. The charge was $770. Seems excessive but it had to be done as this was an emergency leak that was causing damage to my home.
What is iterating is that my invoice is not itemized for the work. I called and asked for a more detailed invoice, as this is needed for me to submit a claim to my insurance company. I was told that this was not possible. I asked why and was not really given an answer, therefore I cannot get any of this back from insurance.

Technician didn't wear a mask, a reasonable accommodation during a pandemic. When a call was placed to management regarding the matter, their policy is ""at the request of the owner."" And asked, ""Did they wear gloves?""

Masks should be a requirement given the circumstances or the company should proactively ask if it's a mask on or mask off house.

they installed a $7.00 wax ring and charged me $225.00.
6 months later the wax ring was installed in properly and caused $1,200 water damage. they will not cover water damage caused from there shotey work even though there warranty is 1 year parts and labor only.
thats why they have 1 star on yelp.

Lazy worker didn't want to work on my son's hot water heater the first time he came out just handed my son parts and said try these the second time after calling for a month the guy say's gotta run to get parts while gone call our warranty place and tells them that it can't be worked on because It's crushed a little dent on top and it's crushed yeah right well needless to say they told me that they weren't going to fix it. Told my warranty all about the snakes and requested another opinion. One thing I hate is SNAKES and they fit the bill.

Once again we called on Valu Rooter to come and assess a pipe that was leaking from the soffit in our basement. Found the leak and called for same day service. Because it was a busy day for them Hillary, the dispatcher, kept us informed of the arrival time. John, the tech we requested, was unable to make it due to overtime at a job he was at so they sent Josh.
Josh was awesome and fixed the problem and cleaned up after he was finished. Again, I can't say enough about the service this company has provided for us. Great job and Customer for life!

There was a plumbing issue that needed to be taken care of. At the time of service, it was recommended that we get some tree roots taken care of in the future, no big rush. Less than a week later, the downstairs toilet overflowed causing water to flood our kitchen into our basement. We were charged an exorbitant fee for the second time to correct the problem because we didn't tell them to take care of the tree roots the first time. What a way to milk the customer for more money!! Would not recommend them at all!!! All this will my husband is recovering from hip surgery!!

The estimate was $190.00 but that changed real quick when they had to remove the toilet which took a total of 4 minutes and the price quickly changed to $375.00 plus 4% credit card fee.....NEVER AGAIN!

I had leaky pipe and got estimate of $120- $150.00 dollars. I received email from neofill and bid for plumber service figuring if I can save money so be it. I won $150.00 certificate. I have Valu-Rooter out NOT A VALU.. They charged me fro the same job $270.00 minus the $150.00 $120.00 out of pocket. There was not certificate honored in my opinion. They upcharges to make the money back.
