Don't bother calling them. We scheduled installation of toilets twice and they didn't show either day. It's a shame, we use them in 2016 for a toilet installation and they were superb. Save your time and money.

Very pleased with their work. Had an emergency situation this morning when the lawn maintenance crew ran over and broke the main water line spigot in the front lawn during routine mowing. I'd always wanted lakeside property, but this wasn't quite what I'd had in mind. These guys were the first to respond, quoted a reasonable price to repair, and were quick to get the job done. Their customer-service skills are top-notch, and we plan to use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

They came to replace a very old, very corroded flange and to swap out our old toilet for a new one that we had purchased on our own. We were actually going to just swap out the toilet ourselves, until we saw the horrific flange/closet bend situation. Our home is older, so the flange and closet bend were actually one piece. That's when we decided to call in the professionals. They were ON TIME, professional, friendly, and got the job done in no time. They left the bathroom spotless. It was actually cleaner when they left than it was before they got here. Our bill was extremely reasonable. They did suggest a few maintenance items we might want to consider later on, but we did not feel pressured to do any further work. They are just all-around dependable and honest. Thank you, David for coming through for us! The hot water heater at my daughter's house went out on Friday night, two techs from valu-rite were there by 10:30AM Saturday, the 'boss', David arrived a little while later and they had a new water heater installed by Monday at noon. The techs took the time to really figure out the issue to decide if we should replace parts or the entire thing. We ended up with a whole new unit... but, we had a different company out who barely looked at it and just priced out a couple of options and moved on with their $49 service fee. The whole team was kind and professional. We even got follow up calls to make sure things were ok.

I recently had Plumber Dave out to my house for an inspection of a few areas of concern. I have to say that my experience with him aligns with all the other reviews I see here. He is a very honest, fair and knowledgeable plumber and that is hard to find. He is someone I would definitely use for all my needs and I would highly recommend him for any home. I purchased a foreclosed home this September. It took weeks to get the water turned on, as the utility company will not leave it on if any water is running at the time. After a few tries, I realized there were definitely leaks in the home, but it took so long to work through getting utilities turned on that I was moving in without any running water. We tried to daignose the issues ourselves, it ended with water pouring out of the side of the house. We found David through Service Magic, I am incredibly grateful we did. The other quotes I received, even just for connecting a sink, ran about 30% of what David charged to essentially troubleshoot an entire pipe system that had been frozen and broken throughout. He literally spent days, including weekend days, working to resolve the issues. He started Friday, then Satursday I think he spent 10 hours, working late into the night, to make sure we would have running water moving forward. He was terrific to work with, his pricing was more than reasonable, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing services.
