Just call Alvarez Plumbing instead!!! Period! $300+ and still couldn't clear the clog. Alvarez got it done and almost half the cost. Worker did his best but equipment failures or lack of right equipment for the job was the issue.

My pipes were singing ! I lost sleep and we were tired. So tired of it that when the plumber came to fix the 3 toilets hubby did not ask him to wear a mask, nor did he offer, or did he have on any shoe covers. We are in a pandemic! I am an RN and of course got upset when I came home from my shift at the hospital to learn that my hubby even let this guy in without a mask and shoe covers and gloves!!!!
My husband to appease me, called the manager, who said , ""did you ask him to put a mask on ? "" isn't an employer supposed to provide PPE for the sake of the employees and the public ?
Not happy with the company for not respecting the safety of my home !

My mom a gas leak someone recommended her to Vals plumbing and she had such a horrible experience one they over charged her and supposedly fixed the leak but once they were leaving they told her that they weren't done that they need two more days to finish the work so found anoTher plumbing place for a second opinion and told her that they over charged her and didn't even do the job right

I did not like it when I was presented a bill with a surprise fee! They used a snake to ream the piping and charged me a rental fee for it!

This company doesn't stand by their work. Also, the female who answers phones for the customer service department continually talks over the customer. Not very professional.

We didn't make it past the rude and unprofessional woman on the phone. It's not hard to speak to people with a little respect, like you wanted their business. Total assholes at Val's. I get that you start charging the second you leave your shop and stop the moment you get back. When we asked what it cost to clean a heating unit she actually said, ""I just told you!"" If that is how they represent themselves on our first contact I can't imagine how horrible their actual service must be. No thanks, you are not the only heater people in town.

I've used Val's a few times over the years with expected results, professional and reliable service. When they are finished I know it's done right. This last time I called was do to my 90 year old father waking up to a cold house and a broken furnace. Val's had it repaired and his home warm by noon. Thanks goes out to everyone involved.
