I wanted to highly recommend our plumber Henry Sanchez to everyone. He has done amazing work, he did piping repairs and later installed a new water heater. He is highly skilled, professional, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful in explaining the work that will be done. He never pressured us to do extra work or add ons.
As a new homeowner, it was hard to find a trustworthy plumber, but Henry has been the best!

I was in desperate need of a plumber a day before my son was to arrive at Thanksgiving. My guest shower hot water was not reliable. People said I was crazy because it was the only place in the house I had hot water issues. My regular plumber wasn't responding and I called 2 others I had used in the past...no lucky! My time was running out quick until I was referred to Henry. I texted him and he immediately called me back. Before coming out to check out the issue, he suggested we replace the old dual shower head if we could. IT WORKED. We have been good every since. We had some Thanksgiving drama with clogged bathrooms, Henry responded to Quote request within 15 minutes, we discussed what the potential issue was and he committed to come out with a few hours (after finishing another service call). ***Reminder*** This was Thanksgiving day!!!

He came out, the service took a few hours but he and his son were professional, thorough, clean and very friendly. A big Thank You to him for committing to our family and finishing the job before he joined his family late for holiday dinner.

I was referred to Valor Plumbing by a friend several years ago. Henry is now my go-to plumber. His pricing is fair and his work is thorough. Henry has helped me with various plumbing problems including water heater issues, a leaky toilet, clogged toilet and leaking pipes. With the leaking pipes, he even provided a video of the problem taken from under the building. He is prompt, dedicated to excellent service and very knowledgeable. Henry genuinely cares about his customers.
