Good:
Sales rep ( Vise president of this company) showed up on time, listen what we want to fix, make his notes. That's it.

Bad:
disappeared for two weeks, did not respond to multiple messages and emails, just ignored me.

Never sent any info nor quotes, nothing.

After I sent him a note saying that I don't need him anymore, sent email that he is still waiting something from someone.

Bottom line - I will not call them ever again.
