Priscilla O.Probably the worst customer service I have dealt with. They originally came to our home to fix a clogged drain. When one of their service men caused a bigger issue we had to have our insurance company involved to completely gut out the bathroom and remodel the bathroom. Aftter months of going back and forth the bathroom was finally complete and when we turn the shower on... clog still there. We called they said they would come out and they just don't show up, no call no explanation nothing. We continue to call and finally they come back and ""fix clog"" and now the problem they ""fixed"" has our washer draining into the tub. We call again to have them come out and again, they schedule a new appointment and no one shows up. Not until I call to express my unhappiness they decide to send out a supervisor. They told me the supervisor would be out that day and again nothing. I waited around all day and when I called to find out the supervisor said coming out didn't fit his schedule, yet no one called us to let us know that. SO I agreed to have him come out the following day. I left work early to meet him at my house for him to show up to tell me they are pulling out of the project because they have gone ""above and beyond"". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I still have an issue in my bathroom that was caused by them and the customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with in my life and that was above and beyond? Not only will I not be recommending them, I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and the AG because after further investigation from the new plumber, the issue we are having is that the line is broken causing the dirty water to flood into our bathroom and the line was broken by whoever serviced it last. Which was valley wide plumbing.
Gloria H.I called ValleyWide Plumbing mid-day after my husband informed me that we are having problems with our bathtub. I called and spoke to Rochelle (sorry if i spelled wrong) she called me back and let me know that someone would be by in the morning. My husband then called again and stated that the problem was getting worse,i called back and Rochelle told me that she would try to get someone out today. She then called back and told me that Patrick was on the way to my house. ValleyWide was fast, easy and effective.
I own a condo. So that means when I need plumbing done I need to turn my main water line off. I got permission to turn that off last week and scheduled this plumbing company to come out a week in advance. The morning they were meant to come out I get a phone call saying that they will not be able to come out. I'm just incredibly shocked at the unprofessionalism of this service and I will gladly never use them again.
Erin G.The Valleywide plumber that came to my house was one of the most honest, fair, and helpful plumbers I've ever had work on my house. The price was reasonable too. Very happy with their work, and would recommend them to friends and family.
Samantha A.I had 2 distinct plumbing leaks that I was freaking out about as a first time home owner. I called Valleywide after midnight on a Sunday and promptly got a return call from Patrick. He calmed me down and walked me through how to turn the water off at my house until he was able to get to the house to do the repairs. When he came to repair the leaks, he explained everything step by step at each stage of the repair. I will NOT call ANY other plumber beside Patrick, from now on. He is simply the BEST. Valleywide Plumbing is lucky to have Patrick. They hire experienced plumbers, provide great service, PEACE OF MIND, and all at a fair price. I am thankful I called... and you will be too.
Had a moderate leak on a Sunday evening and was able to arrange service for first thing Monday morning, which I appreciated. Supposedly the shower/tub cartridge replacement was not on the truck, so I paid $90 for the plumber to drive off and purchase the part (at an additional cost of $76). I had given the manufacturer of the shower (Moen, a common brand), and the shower was less than a year old. No effort was made prior to the visit to determine the model, which seems strange in an era when we can just take a cell phone picture.
Excellent plumbers and excellent customer service staff, whom I am now referring to others.
Maureen W.Called with a broken & leaking garbage disposal and asked when they could come out. Matt called me back, and we made arrangements for me to leave work when he was finished with his appointment jobs, he would be there the same day. I compared costs online for various makes & models of disposals. He actually saved me an extra trip to Home Depot by letting me know he could bring a new disposal with him, one that I had seen online. The new disposal and the labor were shockingly reasonable! Matt was finished in a very short time. I will definitely be calling them next time! For sure.
Kurt G.As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Carrie P.We contacted Valleywide plumbing on our mother-in-laws Backflow. She is 80 years old and English is her second language. We have used this company in the past and never had any issues. They came out and quoted $700 to repair the backflow. They then charged her$135 estimate fee. They had never charged an estimate fee before when my husband and I were with her.we contacted another plumber and they repaired the backflow for $147. We contacted Valleywide asking for a refund of the estimate fee as we felt they had taken advantageof an elderly woman. We made several calls and they have yet to call us back. Valleywide should be ashamed of themselves for treating the elderly this way.
