Not sure how this company has such great reviews. They came out and did a quick inspection for $350 and basically blamed the pool stucco. My pool guy was highly suspicious that the plumbing line had an issue and wanted to discuss with them about why they didn't do a pressure test on the plumbing. But after they got paid Ino and Robert completely ghosted us. I probably left 10 voicemails and texts and even told them I would be forced to leave a negative review - no response.
Even my pool maintenance guy who recommended them says he'll never use them again.

I called different Leak Companies. This is the only one that could help me tomorrow. They were one time and reliable. The Tech was very nice and informative. They found my leak when others could not. This company identified an issue with out pool/spa that several others couldn't. They had to come out 3 times to accurately find the problem without proposing additional charges or ignoring our requests for testing. They were also less expensive than other companies we contacted. Although it took long to get a response at times, probably due to it being during the busy season, we appreciated their efforts and we will consider using them in the future.

We called Valleywide to investigate a pool leak. Over multiple trips Robert conducted serial bucket tests, dye egress testing and pressure testing of fittings. Robert went over the pool with an expert eye and identified a hairline shell crack that was responsible for the leak. Good work, Robert.

The team at Valleywide Leak Detection are real pros. I called them to help me isolate a leak I knew existed but could not find. Robert, my technician, was out within a few days of calling and found the problem quickly. He walked me through the solution and gave me all the advice I needed to do the job myself. He then tolerated my barrage of general questions about my pool setup and patiently helped me understand everything I was curious about.

Coincidentally, I ran into another issue shortly after Robert was out. On a whim I called and asked if they would be willing to give me a little advice on the issue since I had just paid for their services. Eino (sp?), the owner, took the time to actually come back to my property and walk me through my options.

If your pool is leaking, these guys are a great place to go when you need an expert. Easily some of the best money I have ever spent for handyman type services.

After having our pool and spa replastered we discovered our spa was leaking. After much frustration and expense of trying to troubleshoot the problem with our equipment we were recommended by the company that services our weekly pool maintenance to call Valleywide Leak Detection.

I called and left a message, my call was returned in about 2 hours. They arranged for Robert the technician to come out the following day. He was prompt on the time promised and went right to work. He had a difficult time but after about 1.5 hours he detected the location of the leak. We were distraught that it was not going to be a simple fix and would require them to cut and jack hammer into our newly resurfaced pool deck. Robert said they could do the job and gave us a competitive quote to complete the job. He reassured us that they will be careful when cutting and that it's typical for pools to have cuts in the decking due to leaks.

In reading a few reviews with lack of responses, we were a little skeptical that we would get ghosted. What we understood when they were here is they don't monkey around on their phones while on the job site, returning messages and answering their phones. They were fully focused on the job at hand while on site.

Anyway Robert scheduled to come out with a small crew a few days later. Again arrived promptly on time as promised and did a double check of the leak location just to be sure before they started cutting into the decking. The entire job from start to finish took about 5 hours. They cleaned up after they were done. Explained in detail on the work performed and gave a 1 year warranty.

It's been 8 hours since we filled our spa after the leak was fixed and are happy to report so far that we have NO leaks.

If you need a leak detection and work performed to complete the job, I would not hesitate to give them a call.
