Valleywide came out to look at my pool pump and right away saw what was wrong. No one else was able to diagnose the problem. Very happy with Valleywide! They were very helpful and explained everything to me as they went along.

I would not recommend Valley Wide Leak Detection Company.
First, even though the company's website states that ""Same Day Service Guaranteed"", when I called and they only made an appointment in 2 days for 12pm-2pm window. A day before the appointment, Julius indicated that because it is raining today, his schedule changed and he will come next morning instead afternoon. It did not rain the day of the appointment and after waiting until noon I called, he said that another job is taking unexpectedly long that he will come by 2:00pm and if not he will call me. At 2:30pm I called, and he said that he is too busy and will come tomorrow or I should call a different company.
Every statement that he has made turned out to be incorrect to say it diplomatically. Couple examples out of many are:
1. He said that he is the only one in town who can trace the whole PVC line under the driveway. Such PVC line cannot be traced with currently available equipment, only conducting, metal ones with EM detectors, or sound wave detectors though the soil, but not through the brick soundproof covering.
2. He indicated that he collaborates with American Leak Detection Company, but when I asked American, they said that they heard of but never worked with his company.
3. The website lists their price as $199 for a leak detection, the plumbing company who recommended them quoted me $250. Julius quoted me $425 with full line trace that they can not even do on PVC line and asked for cash only.
Very dishonest! Total fraud!
