Best of luck with these guys. These guys came and installed an HVAC system in 2020. The install came with a 5 year parts warranty. The system stopped working, so I called them to come take a look. The tech showed up on time and was very helpful. I asked about our warranty and he said that I'd need to call the office to see if the parts were covered.

I called them and asked about the warranty. Apparently asking questions about your 5 year parts warranty, related to a repair quote is perceived as ""fighting and arguing"". Just asking the question resulted in a complete run around. The office told me to call the tech and ask him. But the tech told me to call the office. When I told the office what he said, I was accused of arguing.

I again asked the office if they could please let me know if the parts needed for our repair were covered. They did not want to provide the information and only through asking repeatedly to provide an answer they finally said that the parts were covered. Why was that so hard?

It was next to impossible to communicate with the office in any way that was productive. No matter what I said, it was perceived as an argument.

Thankfully the tech George was fantastic, which is why I'm giving one star. I almost gave two stars but then in the middle of writing this, I got a call from the office requesting payment. My interaction with them, just providing the payment resulted in the person at the office telling me that he was in law enforcement for years and I actually pushed my buttons today. I guess demanding integrity and standing by a warranty is a triggering event for them. What happened to integrity and customer service? With ""Valley's Best"" good luck getting either.

I'd recommend going with literally any other company for plumbing or HVAC services.

Worst in Valley 180 dollars just to come out and check, and when you agree a complete no show. Don't count on Wayne to show up they don't understand what customer service is. Not to mention charging to come out is ridiculous the only reason I agreed is we have my elderly father with us at the moment and it qas a high heat warning. Don't wate your time...

They came out to install a new valve so i could hook up my new refrigerator. He was here for 45 minutes and charged me 600.00. They wouldn't give an invoice to see what was actually done. He told me that Best Buy could finish it. The Best Buy delivery guys came out and couldn't hook it up because it wasn't done. I had to hire a handy man to finish it. I contested the charge on my credit card and got my money back. The owner later called me and called me all kinds of names. The plumber later called me and wanted some money for the parts. He said he hasn't been paid in a month. I'm surprised they're still in business. Avoid these people like the plague.

Valleys Best Plumbing should be called Valleys WORST Plumbing. we had a new counter put in and literally just needed a faucet and garbage disposal hooked back up. We had all the pieces. Valleys Best, first of all charges $25 to come out. they will not give any type of estimate over the phone. they showed up...took two seconds to look and said ""$189 for the dishwasher air vent, $289 for the faucet and $389 for the disposal"". We gave him the $25 and he left. Randals Plumbing came out the very next day. They have a hourly rate they charge and let you know that over the phone. They charged us under $180 for everything!! DO NOT USE VALLEYS BEST PLUMBING. they are crooks!

James M. so your cousin is denying giving that estimate??!! Not one word in my review is a lie. THOSE WERE THE EXACT PRICES HE QUOTED. Also...when I called to have someone from valleys come out, I was on speaker phone with two others who heard the entire conversation. I asked about an hourly rate, what they thought a price range would be for this job, etc. I did not have anything answered Except there was a $25 fee to come out (Which I never said was outrageous). The only reason I went with Valleys was because they could get to our house the soonest. Every other company I called gave me an hourly rate of what they charge. I agree with you 100%...you should not be allowed to lie in this Yelp forum! We were quoted by valleys $867. We paid actually under $180 With a different company.

Anthony at Valley's Best Plumbing came on a Friday...assessed what was originally a disastrous installation of a sink and drain by ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY.
He removed the poorly installed and nonworking equipment on Friday.
He returned early Saturday morning as promised and properly reset the sink.
He gave it 24 hrs to cure and then RETURNED again on SUNDAY MORNING!
He installed new equipment for the drain and it was operational within an hour.
He did all this while being courteous, friendly, incredibly accommodating, and professional.
I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Anthony.

Beware! Stay away from this company. I contacted Valleys Best in late June because I needed a new hot water heater for my business establishment. They arrived same day and said it was a simple job they can do in one day. That was not the case. This took a whole month to complete and they were not organized. Fast forward a month a half later, the brand new hot water heater we purchased is leaking. I called Valleys Best to come help with the issue since it was under warranty. The dispatch that was covering the phones said he could schedule me in the next morning. The next morning came, I called to confirm my appointment. He said nobody would be coming because they didn't have enough staff. These people are terrible to do business with.

These guys are ready to tackle any of your A/C and plumbing needs. They have an A grade from the BBB. I called for a leak I had in the kitchen and they came right away and fixed my problem. Technicians were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company. I Will call them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

Matt came out on Memorial Day! and didn't charge an extra fee! He knew what the problem was almost immediately - he flipped a switch on my in-laws' garbage disposal and it worked again! He was right when he said that it would need replacement and he gave us a FAIR price to replace it the next day!. I am so glad that we finally found a good plumber in the La Quinta area for my in-laws! We will definitely use Matt and his team for future plumbing, AC and Heating needs. This is truly a 5-star business :)

A neighbor recommended them to do my semi annual check of my air conditioner. My capacitor was almost shot, which meant that it could stop working at any time. I had this taken care of, along with some addl items that I wanted done while they were out here. Their rep. was very helpful. He communicated well initially about when he would arrive (well within the window given). He also had to leave to go and get a couple items based on what I wanted done. He returned within a reasonable amt. of time, and got the job done. Very nice, professional & courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyway.
