Sam has been our plumber for several years now, and I can say with confidence that Valley United is deserving of the five-star reviews you see here on Yelp. The first time we called, he discovered and fixed a mistake that our previous plumber had missed. My husband and I were so impressed with Sam's honest, professional, thorough -- and friendly! -- approach on that initial experience. Since then, we've trusted Sam and Christian with other projects, including the plumbing for a kitchen reno. Of all the various work we had to hire out for that, it was so comforting to know we could rely on Valley United to do an amazing job. Sam and Christian are the best!

Sam an his crew were amazing. Working in a crawl space under the house is tough work and they came in and got the job done in half a day. The new water heater and sewage line out were done to code which is what you want. Old pipes and refuse from under the house was carted away. Valley plumbing is fast, affordable and reliable. On a Saturday morning tenants in a home we own in Granada Hills texted a pic of a leaking and corroded water heater and told us the water was no longer able to get hot. As owners we were upset because we had just spent a grip of money replacing the main pipeline that runs from the center of the street to the home.

We immediately searched the net and stumbled upon Sam at Valley United Plumbing. They were listed as a five star company and the customer comments stood out for us. We reached out and all he asked for was a picture of the whole tank and the serial and model number. From that information he was able to determine that we hadn't replaced the water heater in 10 years and gave us a reasonable quote for tank, labor, parts, and warranty.

Even though the price was good, we wanted to save money by asking for a smaller tank, but Sam schooled us by letting us know that there's only a $50 difference between a 40 gallon tank and a 50 gallon tank and with two or more bathrooms we definitely wanted the latter.

By Monday our tenants were happy to be bathing in hot water. Everything was done in two hours. Sam even gave us a discount. Best of all was his knowledge, expertise, patience, and efficiency during this entire process. Thank you Valley United Plumbing! You are a legitimate five star company!

He was wearing a mask and keeping Covid-19 safety precautions, which I appreciated very much! He was also super clean throughout the entire process, and even wore gloves and booties when he came into my house! Something you don't normally expect from plumbers. He also checked the water pressure while he was here and shared helpful tips on how to maintain the new water heater he installed!! He is professional, efficient, communicative and so kind.
