1 Star is not low enough of a rating but it is as low as I could go.
Simple issue of a plugged toilet. A more complex issue of a Snake broken off in the line by a previous ""Plumber""
Archie Postacyhyan, the Owner arrives at the house in a Nissan Ultima, not a Plumbing Truck or Van. Has only a short Camera enabled Snake with him. No retrieval tools or cleaning tools, not even a Plunger. Runs the camera tool into the lines and is unable to even locate the broken Snake. Notates that the Cast Iron portion of the Plumbing has build up on the inside of the line. Has no Tools with him to clean the buildup from the lines and instructs the 2 Ladies living in the house to not flush Toilet Paper.
Spent a total of 37 minutes on site, 24 minutes running the Camera Snake in the lines. Doesn't clear the blockage from the Toilet and proudly reports that he's done and charged my Renter $350.00.
As I said 1 Star is not low enough. I spoke with Archie Postachyan about my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided to my Renter and I received a complimentary Fuck You from Archie, the Owner.
Avoid Valley Star Plumbing and tell a friend/family member.

To be clear I never had any service with Valley Star Plumbing. I simply had them come out and give me a quote.

I am writing this review for the other women out there. The technician made me feel very much less than and at the end called me
"" sweetheart"".

I am a 40 year old woman not a child.

I sent an email to the owner and I felt very dismissed from that email. The owner missed the point. I am a capable woman who does not need to be treated or spoken to like I was born yesterday.

The way their technician spoke to me and treated me was very much less than. In the response the owner made excuses as to the intention of the plumber and stated "" As a professional plumber it is his responsibility to make sure you are aware of the complexities and potential risks involved in such tasks."" I had already given the technician my resume of all I had done and that I was more than capable and I knew what I was doing. I also gave my full resume to the owner as well in my email. Which did not seem to matter and was never acknowledged by the technician or the owner.

Here is the last part of the email which seems very corporate and not personal at all.

"" Lastly, I want to address the use of the term ""sweetheart"" by ***** when he left. I want to assure you that was completely unacceptable. I sincerely apologize for any offense caused by this remark.
