Valley showed up same day as promised. The guy knew what he was doing and fixed the problem in an hour. My sewer line is unusually long and the guy had the right equipment to get it done. I won't waste my time calling around next time my sewer backs up.

This was my second appointment with Valley and I was again, very pleased. Since Tom had been to my house before, he was aware of the issue and quickly remedied. He also suggested a long term maintenance option. Tom is very courteous and friendly. He wore a mask and gloves and left the area clean. If need again, I will certainly call Valley.

I was referred to use Valley Sewer and Drain by Bertoli. Great recommendation. They were at my house within hours (despite being Black Friday) and they worked quickly and efficiently. I plan on doing yearly maintenances with them.

STAY AWAY from this company. Scam artists. Cleaned my sewer line then told me I owed them $50 for a broken part caused by my sewer line. On top of that, they then told me there was a break/obstruction in my sewer line that they would be happy to video for me for $250 to determine the problem. Hard sell trying to get me to agree to the video. Said no thanks. Had another company come to do the video and my sewer line was fine...no breaks or obstructions. NEVER use them again and I hope you don't either.
