I was driving on Mountain in Upland today (5/5) . I was trying to change lanes but was waiting to get in. I slowed and put my turn signal on. All of the sudden a Valley Rooter van almost slams into my rear bumper. He started honking and yelling. I changed lanes Snd he pulled up next to me and slowed. He started cursing and then started threatening me. I turned into the first place I could. Fearful of what he would do. I hadn't made any sudden change of speed or in any way caused any dangerous moves. He was just mad because I slowed down. I wouldn't ever call these people for service. If that's how an employee handles such innocent things, how would they be in my house? Be careful!!!

One of my rental properties was thrashed to say the least. I had my hands full and needed help fast.

Darren (Owner) and employee showed up on time, went straight to work and handles all the plumbing needs. The toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink were replaced and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for their support.

My mom, who is a senior and disabled in Rialto, recently needed a clogged line cleared, so we contacted this company first, never having done business with them before. Darren answered the call and promptly sent his tech, Kenneth, within an hour. The problem was fixed very quickly without any unnecessary add-on services or extra charges for a weekend service call. We are very happy with the professional service, prompt response and reasonable price we paid. I recently had a serious issue with a rental property when roots clogged up the plumbing causing the first floor to flood with black water. The root problem was extensive, requiring jackhammering and tunneling under the garage slab to remove roots and make repairs. Darren's team did a great job for me, and I would definitely recommend them.

This company made an appointment to show up between 11-2 pm. I called at 2 pm and and the guy said between 2-3 pm. I called at 3 and he said he called me 20 minutes earlier because they were to busy. I never received a call. They never showed up, and when I was upset because I waited all day for a plumbing problem, he said I was acting ""street"".

Stay away from this business!!! Total rip off. Never finished work and plays games on coming back. Gave 3 chances to make it right over the course of 2 weeks and never came back to finish.

STAY AWAY from these people. Lots of plumbers out there and this one is not it.
