Stay away from this business!!! Total rip off. Never finished work and plays games on coming back. Gave 3 chances to make it right over the course of 2 weeks and never came back to finish.

STAY AWAY from these people. Lots of plumbers out there and this one is not it.

I have used the services of Valley Rooter & Plumbing for over 17 years and I have NEVER had a problem. They always come out within 24 hrs, most times the same day I call. I have never had any problems with Darren or anyone else who has worked for him. I always get prompt service, fair rates and the job is done quickly and correctly. They are the only plumber I use.

These guys were GREAT! I have a very old home (built in 1949) and had been having issues with the drainage in the only bathroom both the sink and the tub. They came out, treated me well and after struggling with this slow backing up drainage for over 4 years have not had any trouble with it since they worked on it about 4 months ago.

requested a plumber for a clogged drain that was for a commercial property. Was quoted $127 over the phone and within 1 hour the plumber came out and within 30min he snaked it and got it fixed. He did have to get his plumber boots on and get a little wet, (part of plumbing job), paid him in cash, then 10 min later returns and says his Boss is asking for another $100. He passed his phone and his boss demanded ""give him another $100"" when asked why, he replied ""Fuck you give him another $100"" ... this is the owner of the business Darren who is now cussing and yelling and getting no reply back or even a confrontation. he was told that he would have had a glimpse of another $100 if he was respectful.. never again will I do business with them, was using them for several occasions. Bye bye, no more money from me!

very consistent with other reviews, the guy is a jerk and crap businessman. I suggest you contact the other hundreds of plumbers out there.

I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life! The technician was 45 minutes and then called to tell me he just left his house! I was annoyed and did let him know... Then he proceeded to call me a fu..... B.... ! I have never met anyone so unprofessional in my life...

I literally just got off the phone with the most rude, unprofessional a**hole who acts as though he has come to bless the earth with his plumbing presence. He was condescending, pugilistic and should take a course in customer service. I told him my house was 5 years old and this was my first time filing a claim, he flat out said I was ignorant and continued to insult me in an aggressive manner as though I was wasting his time. I don't know if he was having a bad day or going through a divorce because he sounded like one bitter mess! So disgusted by his attitude. If he keeps it up he will continue to find himself sitting at home alone like he was at the time I made the call.

Great experience with this company.... Called Valley Rooter & Plumbing for a main line problem today they were pleasant on the phone gave me a quote based on the information I provided and a time frame they would arrive. Justin arrived extremely quickly from Rancho to San Bernardino. Justin had a professional appearance, was professional in his work and very pleasant and even tempered. He explained exactly what he was doing before starting. He did not give up until the problem was found and fixed. Pricing/$$ was very reasonable for the problem and the time spent fixing it and he also cleaned up the area he was working in before he left. I will absolutely refer the company to family and friends and will use again if I have any other plumbing problems.
