I foolishly threw Clorox wipes down my toilet and clogged my toilet almost immediately a few flushes later. I tried my trusty plunger, a 3ft snake, multiple manual water flushes, drain cleaner fluids but nothing worked. After 3 days, it was still totally clogged, and it was clear I needed the pro's help. My normal go-to plumber who I trust told me he doesn't work on drains and clogs (what? ). So i went to yelp and looked for drain/rooter specialists close by. Called up right around 8AM and Eric picked up. He gave me good honest vibes over the phone and he said he could come over in 2 hours after his current project. He showed up on time and texted me beforehand to let me know he was heading over. He showed up with Robert, and they were both friendly and determined how to resolve the clog within seconds. It only took them about 10-15 minutes to take off the toilet, free the clog with their equipment, and put the toilet back over the drain, but I was not surprised as they gave me the confidence they knew what they were doing and would get it done correctly without any surprises. I suspect their pricing is about the same as their competitors, but these guys were straight up and easy to work with which is a big plus that you don't find in every vendor these days.

After two years, our guest bathroom tub started running slowly again.

I called Valley Rooter and Bob & Eric were out within 45 minutes.

I led them to the main clean-out and Eric got to work with the big rooter. While he was doing that, Bob checked the trap in the tub. Sure enough the problem was hair in the trap causing the slowdown.

I really appreciated the job they do. Both are clean, very friendly and professional.

I would not hesitate to use them and I can highly recommend their services.

I can add my name to the list of happy customers. These guys don't fool around--they arrived at my house two hours after my call (same day service!) and cleared the clog (at 65 feet!) within an hour. They had an array of equipment so they had the right tool for the job. They stuck around to offer advice and spent the extra time to make sure that they cleared out as much of the corroded cast iron pipe as they could to prevent future clogs. Also very reasonably priced and were mindful of keeping within the ballpark quote that they noted on the phone.

Please read! I had a main line clog that backed up my sink and toilet. Called a plumber who came with a snake but couldn't get the job done. They ended bringing their hydro-jetting and camera equipment and went through the roof vents to see what is inside but couldn't tell so they wanted to charge me $2600 which would also include installing a clean-out. I told them to screw off! Called Bob and Eric and they unclogged my main line drain in 15 minutes for almost nothing and even re-installed my toilet! If you have a drain clog, call a rooter not a plumber. Great people, excellent service. Thanks guys!

As part of a remodel my plumber installed a new toilet in the master bath. After install, he asked if the old toilet blocked occasionally because he said the new one wasn't flushing well. He suggested having the lines cleaned. I took him at his word since I wasn't in the room when he did the install.

I called Valley Rooter, explained what was going on, and they came out to take a look. They arrived within the hour. We did some troubleshooting, tried the new toilet and it became apparent their wasn't a blockage as the toilet flushed fine and the shower didn't make it back up. So no need to clear the lines since no other drains were backing up.

I asked them what I owed for the house call and they said nothing. I appreciate them taking the time to troubleshoot the issue and not perform unecessary work. When I do finally plug up a drain line I'll be giving them a ring.
