I called Bob and described the symptoms of our home's stoppage issue. I was concerned our house didn't have the necessary lateral cleanout. Bob listened and said if the cleanout isn't there, he'd figure out a solution. Bob and his assistant (son?) arrived quickly, inspected quickly, and got right to work. They unblocked the pipe, informed me there was no evidence of roots invading the pipe, and had me run water while they continued to snake, just to make sure it was all cleared up. No upselling, reasonable rate, friendly, and professional. They seemed honest. Thanks guys.

Had a clogged patio drain and was concerned about impending rainstorms. I called Bob and he was out here in 30 minutes! They quickly got to work. The job was challenging because of the roots and crazy layout of the drain system

Bob and his son were very professional, courteous and determined. After about an hour they successfully completed the job. It cost $225, which was lower than two other companies I called. However, it was well worth the piece of mind, knowing I am all set for even the heaviest of rain.

On the side: My condolences to you Bob and son - I now know that it was your wife Kathy and only grand daughter who were killed in Irvine in June by a hit and run driver at Alton and Barrancca.,. I had read about it. ""There go I but for the grace of God"". I was in that exact area yesterday taking care of some business. Oh my!!

Very pleased with the service received from Bob at Valley Rooter! We had a clogged toilet this morning so we called for a recommendation and were given Valley Rooter's information. He came out within an hour and a half and finished within 1/2 hour. Clean, efficient and prompt, what more could you ask for?

Bob and Team were exceptional. Timely, inexpensive, straightforward service. Spent more time trying to fix the problem the cheapest way, then starting out with the expensive fix, even though the problem required the most expensive fix. Great guy and team!

Bob is the real deal. I was in deep doo-doo (pun intended) after I tried to snake my main sewer line myself. I called about 9p and Bob was at my house at 8a the next morning with the 'Big Snake'. He knocked out the tree roots blocking my pipes and all for a reasonable price. I will never try to snake my own drain again just to save a few bucks. I could have saved a whole lot of aggravation if I just called Bob first.
