I wish I could select ZERO STARS for this company. We had them to come out to simply replace an outdoor faucet. Our of faucet worked but leaked. The work took 50 minutes to complete. We got charged one hour of work, the service fee, and $40 for the faucet. The total charge was $250.00. After they left we were not able to get water out of the faucet. Yes, $250.00 to take a usable faucet and make it unusable! Apparently, they installed the back-flow value backwards. We called and the guy came back the next day to fix the issue. My wife was pregnant and we did not use the faucet until after our girl was born. Upon using the faucet five months later, we discovered a loud banging noise coming from under the house. After two phone calls to the company the president called my wife and assured us someone would be out to look at it. We understood it was out of the 30 day warranty window but still needed the issue resolved. Was this because of their shoddy work or a new issue? We waited two weeks but no one called us back or showed up to look at the issue. We called another plumber. The other plumber charged us $100 and fixed the issue within minutes. The plumber said they did not clamp the pipe up under the house and it was banging when the water was turned on. Do not use this company unless you want overcharged for shoddy work!

This company was called by my Mother-in-law for a sewer gas smell in her mobile home. She was told that if they could not find the problem or did not do any work, there would be no charge. Two guys showed up, on time, walked into the house and said they could not smell anything. One employee said he was sick and couldn't smell anything anyway. They took a flashlight, shined it down the sink and bathtub drains, said they had water in the trap and that wasn't the issue. Then, they went outside, walked around and said they could not find anything. The oder in the house made our eyes water and throats sore after about 30 minutes. The employee that was sick then brought paperwork up on the porch and said there was a service fee. My Mother-in-law explained what she had been told when she called ant the employee stated he just needed her to sign saying they had shown up and had not damaged anything. A few days later she gets a bill in the mail for $90.95 with a note saying she had signed the paperwork and had 30 days to pay or it would go to collections. I tried to call the owner and he would not return my call, so I posted what happened on the company's Facebook page in the review section. The post has been there for a month and a half and now we are getting calls from a law firm threatening to sue us if the post is not removed and the bill paid. In my opinion, this is no way to do an elderly person who is on a limited income. If you are told that there will be no charge, don't believe it.

The service was fast but pricey. However the company did make it right with me. For that I'm grateful.

We called this company, and they sent two guys within the hour. Their names were Mark and David. For about 10 minutes work, they charged us an $85 service fee, an $85 labor fee, and $15 because they had to use the eel. They got the problem solved quickly, however the next morning when we left for work, we discovered they had dumped their shop vac out in our front yard, leaving a pile of chopped up spaghetti noodles on our grass. We called the company about this, and someone took the message, but no one ever called us back. I don't suppose we'll be using this company ever again.
