Yasir M.I went to turn off the main water shut off valve to my house and it ended up snapping off. I was stuck without water which sucks. I called around different plumbers and I got no answer or not available, I spoke with Murad and he was finishing up a job and was going to squeeze me in between another job he was going to right after (which was a relief) he come down pretty quickly and he replaced the main water shut off valve without any hesitation and got my water back up and running.
