Richard was absolutely amazing! I contacted him asking about replacing the cartridge in my shower and he literally walked me through how to do it myself. I would've been able to do it if the stupid clip would've gone in but I had some issues with that. Richard was great and came out immediately to take care of it, got us fixed and up and running in no time! If you want to save money and go to people that actually care this is the place to choose! I will always use them for any plumbing needs in the future

They were the only plumber that had a live person answering phones! I had a major clog and they fit me in within a few hours. Rich arrived an hour later than my appointment which is why I giving 4 stars, but he stayed for 2 hours to clear my drain through the roof, replace our old leaky sink pipes and everything is great now. Excellent job, great customer service and price $200 including labor time and parts.

Of course during 4th of July we have an emergency plumbing issue (toilets and bathtub were backed up). I called other companies and no one answered the phone or when they said they would call back, they didn't. When I called Valley Plumbing Pros, lady who answered (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was incredibly nice, communicative, and helpful. She told me she would call back in 15 minutes with an estimated time for someone to come out and not only did she call back when she said, we were able to have someone come to our house in less then 2 hours. They showed up right on time and the gentleman that came out, Richard, was extremely courteous and professional. Because they had to get on the roof, he ended up having to call out a second person, Juan, who was also very nice. Luckily for us, they were able to get everything working and finished up in under 2 hours. I can not recommend this place enough. They charge a fair amount, and even if it was a little more expensive, their customer service and professionalism is worth every penny. I initiated a quote request through yelp and they were super fast to respond and friendly. They were out at my house to give an estimate same day. We received other quotes but valley plumbing pros were not only very very competitive, they were knowledgeable, and checked in with us to provide updates. They are legitimately stand up guys!
