Valley's service was great when we recently had to get our hot water heater changed, through American Home Shield. Everything from start to finish went smoothly. They're professional and friendly and the estimate was affordable and confirmed. I was very satisfied with their service.

One of your drivers was driving behind a young lady and her mom. The younger girl was driving and clearly had a Student Driver sign visible in the back. She was doing the speed limit and still your driver was driving very close....and beeping. Seriously?!?
You may be good and plumbing but not so much driving. A little courtesy should be considered.

Valley Plumbing & Heating was assigned to me as a contractor through my home warranty with American Home Shield. I informed AHS that I was having an issue with a leak in my ceiling and that most likely it would require an HVAC technician to assess. Instead of sending a certified HVAC technician, Valley Plumbing came out to take a look at the issue. I was greeted by ""Dick"" who sent his technician into the attic to take a look at my air conditioning unit. He coached his apprentice/helper through the diagnosis without physically seeing the issue himself. After a five minute assessment, we were informed that there was water in the drip pan and that indicated that the ""condenser let go"" causing a major leak. We were informed that we would require a whole new unit to alleviate the issue. After Valley Plumbing had left the property, we conducted some research on our own as any new home owner/consumer would. The condenser, as it turns out, is not located in the eaves and would have no correlation with the leak. After multiple phone attempts (with no answer) to Valley Plumbing to find out the status of the diagnosis and subsequent repair, we finally received the following snail-mail correspondence: ""We looked at your attic, it has a major leak - you may have to replace the unit. I cannot do anything. Call your insurance so they can get someone else to replace it"". This mail was received after our $100 service fee check was cashed. If I could award 0 stars, I would. Please stay away from this vendor.

We unfortunately used Valley Plumbing, who verbally quoted us prices for 3 parts, yet billed us 2 to 3 times more for each of those parts as well as excessive labor charges. See BBB report on this business. BBB contacted the owner twice, but he never responded to them at all. That should speak volumes for any consumer! Don't use them unless you have money to burn!!
