Plumbing and Heating
Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (VPHI) was established in March 2015 by John C. Ridling, the current President, and Joseph S. Eldridge, the Vice-President.
The two owners created VPHI to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality workmanship to the local community in Washington.
Additionally, VPHI has expanded its services to the Northern Idaho region.

Prior to becoming business owners, John and Joe built their careers in construction.
Both completed their plumbing apprenticeships in Alaska, where they took on responsibilities as journeymen.
Taking on task management roles provided them with the experience needed to lead small teams and control project outcomes.
Not long after, both moved into superintendent roles during their journeyman careers.
For more than ten years, John and Joe have served as superintendents.
