Founded in March 2015, Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (VPHI) is led by President John C. Ridling and Vice-President Joseph S. Eldridge.
VPHI was established by the duo to offer exceptional service and superior work quality to the Spokane Valley community.
VPHI also extends its services into Northern Idaho.

Before launching their business, John and Joe gained valuable experience in the construction industry.
Both completed their plumbing apprenticeships in Alaska, where they took on responsibilities as journeymen.
As task managers, they learned to manage small crews and ensure project success.
Not long after, both moved into superintendent roles during their journeyman careers.
For more than ten years, John and Joe have served as superintendents.
