We requested an estimate for some replacement parts on our commercial toilets. Mike a was great...super personable and got our job on the books quickly! They offered quality installation of two new hands-free toilet flushing units! Price point was quite a bit less than other companies we received quotes from as they were able to salvage some of the existing parts of our plumbing! We look forward to working with Valley Plumbing Heating and Air in the future!

Just used them to install my water softener and a toilet. It was definitely worth the $$. They are the most affordable plumbers I could find that isn't trying to sell you stuff, they just get the job done, end of story.

We hired Valley to install new dishwasher and to do some plumbing under our sink. They needed to add an electrical outlet for the dishwasher. We found out that our old dishwasher was plumbed using the cold water line and our refrigerator water was plumbed using our hot water. They completely re-plumbed correctly, replaced other cracked fittings, replaced leaking sink drain. Jeremy started the project and Mike came over to help finish. A total of 7 hours between the two was needed to complete everything. The total bill was just over $400. I thought this price was totally reasonable. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and I will call them on future projects.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in 4/22. I asked Mike about the $450.00 rebate, he said he needed my Xcel Energy account number and he would submit it. After two months I called Xcel Energy and they said Mike had not submitted the information. I aksed if I could do it and they said no, that the contractor had to submit the information. I called Mike and texted, but he will not respond. I gather from the two other customers reviews who have not received their rebates, that Mike does not submit the information. $450.00 is a lot of money and not submitting the information when you say you will, is deceitful and dishonest. Mike, not a good way to do business.

I needed plumbing repair as well as sink, faucet and dishwasher installation. They were able to get to me in 2 days. They were friendly, professional and the bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company! I will definitely use them for future needs.

Actual installation process of new HVAC system was fine. However, he was supposed to submit a $450 rebate for us- never did or said he did and ""maybe used the wrong number"". I have now reached out to him in every way possible with no response. My texts to him make it seem that he has blocked me. So that sucks. Michael, if you see this, all I need is the info for you so I can submit it myself and get the $450 back that is owed to me based on our agreement, what I paid and what you said you would take care of.

Totally unprofessional to ghost people like this.

I had scheduled an appointment for a range to be installed and nobody showed up. I called the company 4 hours later and they said they forgot and didn't have the staff that day. No one called me to tell me this. I waited all day for no one to show. They rescheduled me for the following week at 9am, where they said they would have staff. Again no one showed and I called them at 10am. They had forgot again and said they would be there by noon that same day. Once again, no show With no call. If you are busy, all it takes is a call to tell me you can't make it. Would not recommend as they are not responsive at all and very likely not to show as this happened 3 straight times to me.
