Valley Plumbing is quick to respond, good repairs, technicals you would feel comfortable having in your home. 347.13 the cost for one simple bathroom sink replacement and I had the replacement on hand, so that did not include the replacement. The tecknition said it would be about 100.00 more if they had supplied the tap replacement. I should have gotten a couple of more estimates. Kind of pricey for me. Excellent workmanship though.

Very disappointed. Saturday afternoon, Had a outside pipe break and couldn't turn off the water. Had to turn off the water to the house. Called Valley because they say 24 hours/ emergency service. We had used them before and were very pleased. Nope, can't help because we are not in their ""preferred"" club. REALLY? we have NO water! They could come out on Monday... yeah that's not 24 hour service. Magnet that was on our fridge in now in the garbage... jeezzzz

Greetings I am glad Chad (owner) responded to my review from last month! I realized that I failed to mention that I already had the new faucets, all the tech had to do was exchange the faucets. I had removed all the drawers and removed the faceplate of the existing moen faucet, it would have been easy but nope the tech did not even look under the counter.
If you have lots of money call valley plumbing but if you don't think it's ok to charge $400+ to change a faucet call others. I did and it was less than $100 each, that is quite a bit different from $400 each.

Trusted this company with a big basment plumbing job, almost $10,000. The system was never tested and the plumber reused old parts. Now our newly installed flooring has been ruined by flooding and needs to be replaced. We had them come back 3 times to assess the flooding. They were unable to determine the issue and resolve it until we put a camera in our utility room to record the flooding. Now they expect us to pay for the flooring repairs. We have contacted them multiple times for updates and have been waiting weeks for some answers. Worst customer service I've experienced.

I'm very happy with Josh and Valley Plumbing. The office staff is extremely polite and efficient. They have a very quick response time.

I was having a problem with my water meter. Josh came out and let me know I did not have a leak and seemed to have a faulty water meter. The water meter is the city's responsibility. Josh also did a courtesy check of my home's water pressure while he was here.

His honesty is impressive. I will definitely call Valley Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Valley Plumbing is excellent. The plumber was EARLY! They sent a very nice and honest plumber named Bubby who was friendly, explained everything to me, and even took some time to look at some other things around the house I had questions about. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Valley Plumbing through Yelp messaging for help replacing an old tub spout that neither my boyfriend or I could get off. Despite being a Saturday, the rep responded to my message within an hour or so and got me scheduled for Monday. I got a text message when Kevin was within 30 minutes of my home, which was within the time window I was given. Kevin was right on time and was courteous and good natured. He wore a mask and booties inside the house. The tub spout itself took a lot of effort to remove but he got it! I thought for sure the thing was going to have to be cut off. He put the new spout on and went on his way. It was an overall simple job this time, but if I have any other plumbing issues I'll definitely be giving them another call.

I called Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning after 9pm on a Saturday. Ben called me back and was willing to come after he finished the job he was working on--at 11pm--and work until the water heater was replaced. It wasn't THAT big of an emergency, so we scheduled a service call the next morning.

Ben showed up, checked out the water heater, and found that it had a few days left on the warranty. He didn't have to tell me that. He could have done the replacement, and I wouldn't have had any idea. Instead, he did the honest thing and told me that if I could wait until Tuesday (he didn't have the brand for the warranty replacement and because it was Labor Day Weekend, his supplier didn't open until Tuesday) it would save me $800 or so.

We took cold showers for a couple of days and then on Tuesday, Lyle and Mayson showed up (Ben was booked) and did the replacement. They were earlier than expected (thanks to a cancellation) and were able to quickly and competently replace the water heater, even replacing a pressure relief valve (installed backwards by the previous plumber, go figure...) with an expansion tank.

It's rare to have a major appliance go out until a few days after the warranty expires. It's even more rare to have a tradesman tell me something that definitely lowered the amount he could bill me, but in doing so, made me a repeat customer.

To top it all off, Ben didn't charge me for the Sunday morning visit--the actual work was all going to be done during regular business hours. OF COURSE I will call Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning when I need any more plumbing work done.
