Had Valley over to fix the drain in our kitchen sink that had been re-piped 25 years ago in a weird combination of piping. Rob and Matt showed up early, cleared the drain and installed new PVC piping in record time with no mess whatsoever. Rob even had to find a nearby plumbing store for specific parts, and he was out and back in 20 minutes. Great job, professional and quick with absolutely no mess in our kitchen.

Prompt. Significantly more expensive than the estimated price that was given over the phone, but I sort of expected that since the person who gave me the ""ballpark"" price wasn't a tech. Matt was super friendly and got the job done in a jiffy. I'd call them again without hesitation.

Main sewer line excavation and repair. Best price (by far) of 3 bids. Did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Gave excellent advice and didn't try to sell unneeded work. They did damage a tree that I specifically told them to be careful of, but the tree got back at them by breaking their excavator window.
Very good communication throughout. I would absolutely recommend them!

Rob, has been out to our house twice and both times he was excellent. The first time our basement kitchen sink was clogged he fixed it quickly and didn't charge us.
Obviously that worked because I called him when our main floor kitchen sink was clogged it was more time consuming and I paid this time around but it was a very fair price and again great customer service.

I would recommend Valley Plumbing to any one that wants a solid plumbing company with great customer service and good prices!

Valley Plumbing is generally unreliable, impossible to reach, and difficult to work with. Three major strikes against any plumbing professional.

Appointments were repeatedly missed with no advance notice. Additionally, when we tried to call the office during regular business hours (9am-5pm) no one would answer the phone.

Finally, after numerous hours of wasted time, we realized that it was better to hire a plumber who knew how to tell time and use a cell phone.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Valley Plumbing delivers on time, at an agreed up front price, in an efficient and clean way (always good in a Plumber!) and I would always call them first! Eddie has been my ""go to"" Plumber and is always friendly and congenial and Vicki in the office is very efficient and friendly. Good to know they'll deliver when they say they'll deliver and it will be a quality product.

This will be a lengthy review, but I think the story is worth telling and may help someone else to make a decision. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company has been to work with. A week ago we didn't know what we had ahead of us, but it became very clear as we had 2 opinions and quotes for a main sewer line repair. 1st company came ... after snaking the line they identified the trouble spot 5ft under in our front yard. They quoted me a price to repair the line (by digging a huge trench and laying new pipe). They also said that the price may change depending on any additional complications that may arise. Of course I had to seek a 2nd (and perhaps 3rd) opinion for something so $$major... I selected Valley Plumbing because of their trenchless piping technology. Vicki well understood our predicament and Laurence was at my home in 90mins with his camera to take a look. He identified the obvious trouble spot (same place as previous company). He gave me a quote....starting with what he hoped would be a simple fix and including worst case scenario. At 8am the next morning Skylar arrives with his bobcat...Patrick was right behind him and they proceeded to dig the trench that would reveal the broken pipe. From this place they used the hydrojet to clear the line out to the city sewer connection (in the middle of the road) so they could run the camera and see the rest of our line. This revealed multiple pipe slippages at every join... became our worst case scenario as there was a really bad spot about 12inches into the road (our responsibility as it is before the connection to the city main). Laurence to the rescue - he was fairly confident that with the city inspector's permission (confirming that there would be sufficient space to run the pipe liner and have an opening that was still to code) he could line the pipe to avoid us having to dig out and into the road (which included our neighbor's driveway!). Inspector came and looked through the camera and said yes...give it a try if the homeowner is willing. So Laurence, Patrick and Skylar were all there for another day to line our sewer main. City inspector came once it was completed and the lining had cured....looked through camera again and big thumbs up! We now have a sewer line from our home to the city connection that has no joins and can't be penetrated by tree roots. They saved us so much $$ not having to dig into the road and the driveway. Every technician that came out to work on this was great. And what surprised and delighted us the most was that, even with the extra work they had to do and complications they encountered at every turn, the final price remained the same. We are so grateful to Laurence and the team at Valley Plumbing.

We had a leaking pipe and a tub that had all kinds of black gunk coming up out of the drain so we called Valley Plumbing. Eddie was at our house in an hour and didn't charge us a huge rate despite it being late Saturday night. Eddie was very friendly, fast and professional. He not only did the work well, and there was a lot to do, he also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. You can tell he cared about providing a service he could be proud of. The rates are very competitive and he finished below quote. They've earned my loyalty.
