Think twice before using their services. We had a blocked gas line to our outdoor BBQ; they insisted on pushing a hole through our block wall and leaving an exposed pipe, rather than follow the existing pipeline. They did not connect their line to our BBQ. Too much time wasted and poor quality delivered by Valley Plumbing.
I had to pay another, very knowledgeable resource to completely redo their inadequate work.

I give this business 5 stars. I have used them for 2 homes that I own in Palm Desert. They give you a reasonable window when to expect their employee to arrive, he calls when he is on his way to check in with you (and is so polite on the phone!) and since I was not present at the time of service, he called me after to talk about what he found and did. The office is so accommodating allowing me to arrange service over the phone and to pay them remotely- for someone who is not present daily at the property it made the arrangements, the service and the payment really easy for me. And I've never had 1 issue with the work or the charges - I trust them, even when I am not present, to do the work correctly and in the most cost effective manner!

If I could give this company zero stars.....I would. Please don't use this company. I called this company to have a service manager detect a strong odor at a commercial building. The tech came out, walked through the building and decided he couldn't smell the odor and wanted to leave. I had an environmentalist on site trying to show him the issue but he was determined to leave. Mike was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company.

Basic toilet install. Fair price for toilet and install time. Service tech Jacob was everything you hope to see when calling a plumbing company to do work in your home. Courteous, neat and professional. He got right to work, left the area spotless. No problems whatsoever. Outstanding job! Will absolutely rehire for future plumbing jobs.

Valley Plumbing just inflicted the WORST PLUMBNG AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPEREINCE I've ever had with a plumbing company. I had a small drip in my bathroom sink. Jeff, the plumber they sent to my home, had suggested that I would need new cartridges for the sink last time he was at my home. So I ordered them and he came out to ""fix the leak."" He screwed up the ""repair"" so badly that when he left the faucets didn't work at all and I had to reach under the sink to turn the water on and off. And when I did, water was gushing out of the faucets everywhere. When he started the job I had a small drip and now I do not have working faucets in the bathroom. When I called the company to ask them to send Jeff back to fix the problem he had created, some idiot named Justin accused me of being a terrorist and told me they would not provide service to me, which included fixing the problem they had created. I can only assume that Justin is the boss's son, because its hard to imagine any company hiring an imbecile like this. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THESE GUYS. THEY ARE REALLY BAD NEWS!!!

Unbelievable being charged $75 an hour for ""Helpers"" to dig trenches
On Thursday 11-16-17 I called Valley Plumbing regarding a slow water leak in the water line between the meter and a Condo in our HOA. I was told that a plumber could respond and the charge would be $115 an hour, which I agreed to. Believe me, ?that's all I agreed to. The plumber (Jaime) arrived and he had a ?young man (Oscar) with him. They worked for 3.5 hours and found the leak. Jaime and Oscar, the ""Helper"" dug the trenches. Because it was late in the afternoon and Jaime didn't have the materials to fix the leak it was decided that the water would be shut off for the night and Jaime would return in the morning to complete the job. Jaime returned on Friday 11-17-17 with two ""Helpers"", Oscar and Steve. The Invoice for 11-17-17 showed 5 hrs. for ""Helper"" Steve and 4 hrs. for ""Helper"" Oscar to dig a trench to re-route the water line. Because it was late in the afternoon on Friday when they finished and working on the weekend would result in time and a half, we agreed the job would be completed on Monday 11-20-17. Over the weekend we found that one of our irrigation lines had been broken during the digging of the trench. The ""Helpers"" Steve and Oscar arrived around 8:00 am? on Monday 11-20-17 to backfill the open trench and clean up the area. I watched as they finished their work in about 3 hrs. I mentioned to Steve that an irrigation line was broken during the digging of the trench and it would have to be fixed. Steve asked? me to call the office and discuss the problem. I talked with a gentleman in the office who agreed that they were responsible for breaking the irrigation line and would repair it at no cost to our HOA. The Invoice for 11-20-17 showed 5.5 hrs for each ""Helper"" to backfill and clean-up the area and that Steve repaired a broken irrigation line. By my calculations that meant that it took both ""Helpers"" 2.5 hrs to leave and get parts, then return and fix a broken irrigation line that I was told would be fixed at no cost to our HOA.
My complaint is that our HOA was charged 27.5 hrs @ $75.00 an hour for two ""Helper"" to dig and backfill a 60' trench and clean-up the job site. That's $2,062.50 for ditch diggers.
I was told to talk to Justin about my complaint. Justin refused to adjust the Invoice and told me that ""They were there for us when we needed them"" and that he had reviewed a tape recording of my initial phone call to the office and it was explained to me what all the charges would be. That's just a lie. I requested the tape ?but never received a copy. Justin also told me he reviewed the Invoice with his boss and the workers on the job who all agreed the charges were justified. I thought it? was funny that during one of my email exchanges with Justin he admitted that we did have some ""overqualified? ditch diggers"" or ""high priced ditch diggers"".
Bottom line is our HOA paid the $3,239.83 Invoice over my objection without an adjustment and we will never do business with these crooks again. Unbelievable experience and if anyone does business with Valley Plumbing I'd caution them to get a written quote prior to authorizing the work.

Never again, mess arould just enough to charge more money, 270 bucks to hook up two bathroom sink faucets and I supplied them

I called this company because another plumber left me in a bind and I needed immediate assistance while in town. They sent Dave within an hour and fixed the leak. He alerted me to more potential problems and will be back in two days to fix the issues. I am grateful for their prompt response. Real customer service!

Returned home after being away for 6 months. No water. Valley Plumbing squeezed us in the same day, David M. spent half an hour, found and temporarily fixed the problem as we wait for a part. He was friendly, skilled, helpful AND - he didn't charge for his time. Free this time, he said. Fixed the problem, no charge - a rare moment in history. Thanks Valley plumbing and David M.!

Valley Plumbing is by far the worse plumbers we have ever had ! We had an emergency water main. Unfortunately on a holiday weekend. They sent an extremely incompetent and unprofessional guy to do the repair! He complained the whole time it took him forever at $155. An hr. He broke our neighbors line in the process. When we complained to the owner/ manager he basically argued with us an was also unprofessional.
He told us he ran out of fittings and was going to have to use a really expensive fitting $65.! Turns out he didn't even fix the real issue. We had to have someone else fix his repair and the other issue. This project has cost hundreds of dollars.
We would never recommend these people to anyone!
It was a very unpleasant and stressful situation!
