Something has happened since first starting using. Prices have always been high but put up with it. Recently had such a bad experience I no longer will deal with them. I have been with hot water in my shower for 10 days. No communication from them other than me calling them and asking for updates. I paid for diagnostic service then they went silent. Even after calls told someone would call back. Nope did not happen. Then told today would be 3 weeks till a month for part. Even asked if just put new values or such and shower heads as well because of leaks. Well still waiting as now not as much a money issue as getting fixed. However so disappointed in them now do not want a thing to do with them. Oh, try and put a review on their site...impossible so you are reading what they choose to show. Just saying my experience and suggest many other top rated plumbers in Palm Springs area even with higher reviews.

I used Valley for several years and was pleased the first year. Assuming that the good service would continue, I paid for their monthly maintenance program. I have sadly been disappointed. I have complained about a leaky faucet for several years. Every time one of their plumbers has come (and I paid for each trip) they either said there was no problem, or they couldn't find it. It's a leaky faucet! Now, I believe everyone deserves a chance to remedy a problem, because we all make mistakes. But it's one thing for there to be a problem and it get resolved; it's another for a company to be non-responsive when a customer does complain. Complain no more. I am moving on. There are too many options to have to settle for poor service.

Called Valley Plumbing to replace a flushing mechanism in our toilet. We do not live in the property full time otherwise I would have fixed it myself. Office staff making the appointment were very nice. Plumber got to the house tried to tell me that the hose bib outside was stripped? Informed me the repair price would be $698.00 . I told him to get off my property they still charged 68 service fee. My neighbor bought the part for 20 dollars and repaired it for me. I am a realtor and I have NEVER seen a company this bad. I told the serviceman I could purchase TWO new toilets with all the parts for less than their estimate. Considering turning them in to the BBB so someone who doesn't know any better does not get fleeced by this company.

Apparently Valley Plumbing has decided that gouging is consistent with the general notion of fairness to its customers. I for one am sadly disappointed.

I am rating David with 5 stars, not the previous technicians that were sent to me. David came in the following day and cleaned up everything that was wrong, he was thorough, knew his stuff, explained everything to us and had a crew out the following day to install new valves in our shower. Next time I use Valley plumbing I am requesting David or Robert, you have to use Supervisors to get the job done right.

If you need a trustworthy plumber, this is not it. They massively overcharge and will make you sign a clause that if they break their own equipment in your line, you're responsible for repairing their mistake and replacing their equipment. I had to pay $68 for someone to spend less than 3 mins at my property and not lift a finger. All I wanted to have done was get my main line snaked and they wanted to charge me $1.5k for it and who knows how much more if the technician made a mistake that I would have been responsible for. Anecdotally: I've had someone come do the same job at midnight for $700.

Lesson learned: read the reviews first.

Do you need a plumber??? Well I have a positive story to tell. 2 weeks ago #ValleyPlumbing did some minor work on a toilet. Sadly, it wasn't exactly what was needed. Today, when they returned and the full extent of the problem ws idetified it was costed out a much higher rate! Summer (first human on phone) immediately connected me with Amy in management and without any frustrated discussion Amy agreed to ""make the right call"" and credit the last order to today's work!!! That is superior customer service. Oh and let me add that their technician Iasiah was pleasant, efficient and also supported my request. Bottom line; I'd use #ValleyPlumbing for all repair and replacement needs. 760-347-3629

On time, communicated well what was going on how he was going to fix it, and the price. Very professional, clean, and fast work.
I had a leak on my supply line to my pool pump in 1""1/4 copper pipe and Daniel my plumber had my problem fixed within hours.

What should have been a $150-$200 service ended up being $430+. No call back from supervisor, though promised. I'd used Valley Plumbing for years and recommended it to family and friends for years. NEVER AGAIN. Hope that one call makes up for it, gusta. You blew it. Can't believe this company has changed so much on how it deals with customers.
