Overpriced to the point of feeling dishonest. $688 for a yearly 'highly recommended' flush of my water heater. I stupidly didn't call around to get other pricing but now that I have I have two other reputable companies that charge $195. Felt very taken advantage of. They did also move my stove that was caught on a tile and charged me for that too. The whole experience felt upsell-y

I needed to have a leak in my feed line traced and repaired, so I called these folks on Friday. ""We can be there at 10:30 Monday Morning"" dang, I told them that I would have to leave the house at 10am. ""Oh, we just switched things around, we will be there at 8am!"" Fantastic, thank you! well, its 10:25am on Monday and I have neither seen nor heard from them. The thing is that they were adamant that I acknowledge a $68 fee just to have them come out and give me an estimate. So, since I was here and they were not, do you think they will PAY ME the $68?? My recommendation: Look elsewhere.

I had done business with Don Lollar Plumbing for many years. In years past, they did an excellent job. The employee plumbers, Albino and Manny were excellent. Unfortunately, the company was sold to Valley Plumbing. I would discourage anyone from doing business with them. I called to have my waste-line snaked out. The plumber came and snaked the line (supposedly) but was mostly interested in trying to sell me additional repairs. That was a bit annoying, but okay. Because he was more interested in sales than doing the job, he failed to replace the cap on the clean-out under the house. Days later I discovered the line was still clogged and waste water (toilet and other) was flowing beneath the house. You can imagine the stench and mess. I contacted another business to fix it.
It is sad to see a once fine business destroyed by greed and incompetence.
