While doing plumbing work they busted a whole through our garage walk making water leak into the garage and left the property manager responsible for fixing it. If we were the home owners we would have to pay out of pocket for their damage.

Valley Plumbing was called out to remove a spigot and cap the pipe off. The men who were dispatched caught my wall on fire attempting to sweat the pipe, resulting in the styrofoam insulation being burned 12""""X11"""" behind the stucco. They then cut an additional hole to use a crimping tool which resulted in the damage being 12""""X21"""". They refused responsibility, blaming all of this on my wife giving them permission to open up this gaping hole (something she did not do). We are headed to court to recover the $1,100.00 bill for repairing the damage. Based on another review on here, they have a history of causing damage and walking away from it. Choose your plumber carefully.

Was on the job with a timely manner and did a great job removing and replacing three shut off valves for kitchen sink. Very reasonable cost too.
